My new neighbours are happy clappy christians with loud kids.
Tonight's family fun time seems to be a drum circle.
Grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr.
Just saying
swatting
ˈswɒtɪŋ/Submit
nounUSinformal
the action or practice of making a hoax call to the emergency services in an attempt to bring about the dispatch of a large number of armed police officers to a particular address.
"he found out that he was a victim of swatting after police surrounded his home on Thursday" -
Chewing with mouth open thing would shit my parents no end, and they drummed it out of us as kids.
Problem is we had a couple of mates at school who were living with just their Dad, and he didn't drum it out of them.
When they were staying at our place, meal times were an exercise in watching how close Mum would get to nuclear.
She never snapped, trapped between her good manners and that of guests. Was icy at the time, but funny thinking back.
But yeah, people chewing with their mouth open shits me - "I had to suffer this fucking education, so you should too!"

A bit. Lots of dirtbags there. I went for the first time in 20 years last year; after spending more time in Singapore over the years I found it hot and dirty. And Straits food is more exciting

@canefan I mention it as I was having a quiet cup of coffee in an hotel lounge the other day and there were three young Hong Kong Chinese at the other end of the lounge hoiking up like you would not believe. As it turns out the lounge had very good acoustics.
