Willie the weka's journey

Day 5.<br />
<br />
6am - willie rolled over and went back to sleep!! Roll on daylight saving ending so I get the extra hour!!<br />
<br />
Food is all good, picked up the supplements.<br />
<br />
8am Porridge - green milk<br />
10am apple and protein shake<br />
12ish Filled roll and "Thermo trim Max" tablet<br />
3pm apple and protein shake<br />
6ish Chicken peice 2cups veges and Thermo tablet<br />
8pm Banana<br />
<br />
Instructor has cut the carbs after middday, should be ok in that i haven't been felling hungry with eating every couple of hours. Water is going well.<br />
<br />
Will make up for pathetic effort this morning with a jog run walk tommorrow on the off day. -
Week two of the 12 week journey.<br />
<br />
Weekend was all good for sticking to the food plan.<br />
<br />
Exercise was zero, even missed the Gym Boby combat session this morning!<br />
<br />
Have promised to go to the Gym tonight and get back into exercise plan. -

Got my shit together this morning and got down to the RPM class, sweated up a storm!! Fully soked tea shirt and puddle on the floor!! Was awesome.<br />

Must be getting a little fitter, cause I lasted the whole deal.<br />
<br />
Food went really well yesterday, supplements being a protein shake for morning and afternnon tea and a "Thermo Trim max" tablet with lunch.<br />
<br />
Pants feel a littel looser, belt buckle hasn't moved but shit it is only day 9!!<br />

Spoke to the trainer about the Mizone, pump, h2o thing, she reckoned just carry on drinking the Mizone, cause although it's got some sugar it won't slow me down too much and it tastes shit loads better.... -
yeah, I expect it beats the shit out of a bottle of Coke too (just ask Donsteppa <img src='http://www.daimenhutchison.com/invision/public/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/wink.png' class='bbc_emoticon' alt=':)' />).

Oi! I get stuck into the Mizone's too. (Just they're [i]as well as[/i] coke...) -
Willie missed the Gym again this morning......I thought the extra hour in the mornings would make getting up at 5.30 easier - guess what - it still feels like the middle of the night when the alarm goes off!!<br />

Promised myself to go tonight!!<br />

Food plan is all good, just not feeling hungry, cause every couple of 3 hours you are eating something.<br />

Belt has gone in one rung!!!!<br />
<br />
Weight in is only once every month so still 2 1/2 weeks to see if anything has happened in that department.<br />
<br />
2 1/2 weeks off the piss now -
Farrrrk, it is only 1 1/2 weeks!! Good fells longer than that?<br />

Shark senses this may be an opportunity for Bart to make some ground up on the Weka, as surely there is NO WAY the Weka can avoid getted on the raz for two nights in Taupo with his new customer?. FYI to the Weka, Shark and another rep will be OTP in Taupo tomorrow night and he'd better hope Shark and said fellow rep will be out OTP as opposed to at the apartment OTP eagerly awaiting the Weka's arrival as said rep is a HUGE drinker... -

Willie feel completely off the wagon on Friday. A solid 5.00pm - 1ish effort and totally leggess. Backed it up with bad eating and zero exercise!!<br />

Back on it today, Body combat class 6am.<br />
<br />
Eating plan back in order. Promised self to attend Gym tonight also and tomorrow's RPM class and extra night session to make up for disappointing but totally enjoyable weekend. -
Ok lets rip back into the no piss gig, lasted 2 full weeks, aim for three this time? :angel13:

Willie is back n bad.........<br />

The calfs following "zara's" personal training last Wednesday bloody near killed me, They where tight but then willie went to step on Thursday morning drove down to see a customer in Thames about and hour away, got out of the car and could hardly bloody move!! Seriously if Zara wasn't half as cute and stopped telling me to "give her 3 more" and "that's it squeeze it up" I wouldn't have been in half the pain.<br />

Worse part was I turned up to Bart's and he only half laughed and almost gave me a sympathy look - farrrrrrk I hate that.<br />
<br />
Weekend envolved zero exercise but willie was a good boy in the kai department - few beers at a wedding but hey had to be done.<br />
<br />
Got the call from the gym today my 1st weight in is next Tuesday night - great 8 days to go hard and see what if anything I have achieved!!
