You eat shreaded wheat though, right?A real man can eat three.
Shreddies are a bit girly.
Er no, Shreddies for me as that is all they have in that line at the Staff Restaurant.
Yeah ok.Wuss. -
Any tips on what I should say to him when he says "What do you want out of this?" apart from the obvious... lose 16 kgs
Tell him you want to be able to run a marathon in 18 months time, and get light enough to not injure yourself while trinaing, or smoetrhing. -
Right! Went to the gym and got a proper weight from a digital machine rather than using the type that you slide the weight across the top of the bar.

Actual weight is 113.5 which slightly better.... but get this. Body fat % of 36.3% <img src='http://www.daimenhutchison.com/invision/public/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/blink.png' class='bbc_emoticon' alt='' /> <img src='http://www.daimenhutchison.com/invision/public/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/blink.png' class='bbc_emoticon' alt=';)' /> Chuuuuuuuuuubo!!!!

Had a personal training session and passed out.. truly. I came round and he fed me a chalky tasting energy lollie thing... thought that would have been the end but nup! We kept going. When finished I just sat slumped in the changing rooms with head between legs trying not to throw up!!!

Excellent Session though. Loved every waking moment of it and will carry it on. It felt like the first 30 minutes of the first rugby game of the season.

Will check weight again 2 weeks today

MENTAL NOTE FOR HOOROO!!!! Remember to eat breakfast before doing killer workout!!! -
Oh and well done Hoo,keep up the good work. -
-
I love that feeling, your body getting back into action. Remember not have done ANY running for about a year after finished rugby. Played an afternoons touch, about an hour, and two days later my quads didn't work. Swore to never let myself go like that again!! Was rowing and cycling up a strom still, and doing weights, just had not run, and wow, did I suffer!!
I agree. It's a good hurt rather than a bad one. Wouldn't mind having the strength to pick up a pen though <img src='http://www.daimenhutchison.com/invision/public/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/smile.png' class='bbc_emoticon' alt='' /> -
You still off the smokes Hooroo?

You still off the smokes Hooroo?
Not quite. Had a few when I went out last Friday. But no-where near as much as I used to smoke when out haveing a drink. Haven't had a sober one in ages now -
Tell me something. Do avacados contain Carbs as I'm trying not to eat carbs in the evening, but my Carrot,Lettuce and Tomatoe salad didn't cut it so I threw in an avacado. Yummo.

No meat tonight, but Oh My Days if I see a takeaway delivery vehicle near the house there will be a mugging! -
40 minutes cardio keeping my heart rate between 163 and 170. Last ten minutes was a 10 minute row but I was pretty stuffed by then. It is a Concept 2 as well.

10mins = 2267m

Not too bad as I can do 5000 in 20 mins pretty easy if I haven't done anything beforehand -
Made up the yummiest fatbusting soup tonight.

Sweated down 2 whole leeks with 4 sliced garlic cloves, 2 fresh chilis and fresh rosemary. Then added a litre of Chicken stock and a massive handful of fresh flat leaf parsley. Let it simmer for an hour and bob's ya Mums sisters live in lover!!!

Fillinf enough and super tasty. Good for the waistline too -
50 Min Gym session.

Did a ten minute hill climd and then 10 mins row beating yesterday metres by 23 <img src='http://www.daimenhutchison.com/invision/public/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/smile.png' class='bbc_emoticon' alt='' /> 2290

Then 320 Chest Press followed by 1 minute intensive sprint on the bike
320 Lat Pulls followed by 1 minute intensive sprint on the bike
3* 15 and 3*15 Tri push downs and Bicep curls followed by 1 minute intensive sprint on the bike
Then 100 sit-ups in different variations.
Took me ages to get heart-rate back down. It is 50 mins since the session and I'm still beading a little bit

Brekkie was Fat Busting Fruit Smoothie (That's actually what it is called from the store tha sells it)
Lunch, Tuna Salad followed by Fruit Salad
Dinner will be the rest of the Soup I made last night. -
good work Hooroo - welcome to the age of concept2, and improving your times by metres and seconds... My last to PB increases were by about half a second and 3 or 4 metres. Must need another conditioning lag before going hard out again.

ANyway, well done big fella, keep it going, waiting for the challenge to come on.... :coolsmiley: -

Cheers

Already feeling better in mind.
Give me a month on it and then maybe a challenge will be likely -
It's been a goooooood week for Hooroo!!!

No Carbs. Smoothie for Breakfast every morning. Tuna Salad for lunch everyday and Chicken for dinner.

Spent about 6 hours at the gym since Monday (That will include this arvos session)

Few beers tonight though watching the Footy -
After some pathetic efforts at Fatbusting, this week has seen the beginning of proper work.

Have been off the smokes for 3 weeks now and put on about 5kg. Mrs Hooroo is now concerned about my health (rather than saying she's not attracted to a fat fluffybunny <img src='http://www.daimenhutchison.com/invision/public/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/smile.png' class='bbc_emoticon' alt='B)' /> )

Went for a 1 mile run on Monday to rid of Cobwebs and then a 2 mile run last night. I have got to got out with a mate of mine who runs ultra-marathons for a 4.4 mile run/walk as he is going to show me an enjoyable running circuit in Kent but knows I won't be able to run the whole thing just yet.

No pains from running yet which is good as I'm bloody heavy and obviously will be prone to impact injuries at my weight (118kg)

Food has been all good and no beer during the week.

Watch this space as every other fatbusting attempt has been all talk and no pork.
