ICE detention centre attacked, attacker killed.
Now was it a right wing anti-immigrant terrorist or a left-wing social justice warrior bravely trying to put a stop to the US Fuhrer's southern concentration camps?Watched a few clips from the Congressional hearing on this. Was absolutely disgusting. Dems clearly more concerned about their future voting bloc than actually finding solutions to border control (insofar as they even want a border). They'll hand reelected to Trump on this issue alone if an adult doesn't stand up soon.

Who would have thought Democrats telling the general public that Trump runs concentration camps would lead to people attacking them?

Deb Bartley, who told the Times she has been a friend of Willem Van Spronsen's for about 20 years, described him as an anarchist and anti-fascist, and believes his attack on the detention center intending to provoke a fatal conflict.
"He was ready to end it," Bartley said. "I think this was a suicide. But then he was able to kind of do it in a way that spoke to his political beliefs . I know he went down there knowing he was going to die."
She said that she and other friends of Van Spronsen got letters in the mail "just saying goodbye." He also wrote what she referred to as a manifesto, which she declined to discuss in detail, the Times reported.

@JC It's horrific that we had to get to the point of someone having to die. I wonder if the dems will reevaluate their rhetoric going forward? Surely antifa aren't too far from being recognised as a terrorist organisation (albeit one based mostly in parents basements)

I’m enjoying watching the Ilhan “ not a typo” Omar and AOC getting roasted and the dems being silly enough to defend them . I thought Pelosi was taking the smarter option telling them to pull their heads in

There’s so many similarities between their tactics and Golly Gs. Also they all display unhealthy levels of narcissism even by the standards of your average politician .
I’m sure the justice Democrats apparently appalling candidates for safe seats in the 2020 election.

Trapping Pelosi into defending these 4 idiots creates the association in the public's minds (at least some) that they are the values of the Dem party. It's a measure of their power (or a sign of the Dems heavy reliance on their SJW voter base) that Pelosi felt the need for the House theatrics today.
The problem for the Dems, (the BIG problem) is that the SJW progressive base is very strong. Pelosi can't ignore them, but they fuck her with independents. Dem biased media are trying to downplay this deep division while trying to highlight relatively minor divisions in the Republican party (who are far more united)
I think Trump is trying to make the Republicans look like the common sense party in comparison.

Fact check: True.
I wonder whether CNN and MSNBC are going to be covering this. It’s all too depressing. I reckon they’ll stick to their Racism Narrative.
And in other news, Washington Post reports a majority of Mexicans do not want illegal immigrants in their nation, they want ‘em sent home.
Unauthorized immigrants face public backlash in Mexico, survey finds
I suppose by contemporary “woke” ideology that makes them just like Trump supporters. Deplorable!

Boom!
House votes against impeaching Trump 332-95
Texas Rep. Green has now brought the resolution to a vote three times
(Three times!!! How many more do-overs do they need???)

Lol, a survey conducted by Reforma newspaper.
I’m married to a journalist from Mexico. Reforma apparently the most unreliable, biased newspaper she can think of.

She’s probably right.
As you’ll see in the link, it was reported by the Washington Post, and as most of us are aware (aside from the NZH editorial staff who republish them daily) they’re likewise one of the most incredibly unreliable and biased newspapers anywhere, so she has a strong valid point.

Haha! The herald is terrible
It’s been interesting chatting to her about the refugee thing. She’s from Tijuana and was a journalist there for around 10 years.
It does sound like public opinion is changing. Friends of hers who previously supported the refugees unconditionally are changing their tune. Watching the disagreements on Facebook has been kinda entertaining.
