MOTM vs Australia, Bledisloe II 2019

In no order...
A Smith...the pass and those kicks plus workrate, when he plays like that he is in a class of his own.
S Whitelock...huge motor, into everything, scrums, lineout, rucks, tackled and then tackled some more.
K Read...rightly criticised most of the year, but like a few other greats before him in poor form early in a RWC year, looks to be building into peak form for the RWC.Honorable mentions to Pat T, Ardie, Cane, BB, RM, SBW, ALB...hell, pretty much the other 20 guys who wanted to show last week was an aberration.

Love the spread there. A lot of guys putting their hands up
It was the consummate team performance

I went Ardie, Cane and Read for the fact the loosies as a trio were exceptional. They all offer something different but combined as a unit to really dominate. Looking forward to seeing more of this combination moving forward.

Mounga, Savea, Read

Read, Savea, Bridge

Can't really vote on this one. Consummate team effort.
Apart from Coles' brain-fart (and apart from that he was bloody good), they were all outstanding. E.g. Ardie & Read stood out but it was Sam Cane's work allowed them to do that.

Best performance by the ABs backrow since Kaino, McCaw and Read against South Africa in 2015 RWc semi.

@Bones Physicality and his passing. He committed defenders and made space for others outside him. Loved his focus and discipline.
He was my third vote (behind Read and Ardie), it could have very easily (and perhaps should have) gone to ALB, Aaron Smith, Cane, Mo'unga or Bridge. The fact he was better than I expected and it was his best game in Black for a long-time perhaps influenced my choice.

@sparky yeah that's the feeling I'm getting - the votes thrown his way seem to be more aimed at the fact he looked adequate and didn't shit the bed. To me he was one of the more ordinary players on the park and made some errors, but was comparatively good when compared to SBW previously.
