lunchtime 5 x 500m. 3 easy rows, 2 'hard outs', first one clocking 1:31.0, second one clocking 1:30.0. Both 1.5 seconds outsde my PB set a year or three back. Must start practising thses short distances!! <br />

afterwork dragged my arse over 5k -Â 19:26.9 -
How's the head? I had the gunk building up in the sinuses this time last week. Three days of Cold n Flu tablets combined with Horseradish and Garlic tablets, a stack of liquid, no exercise for that period along with heaps of sleep, and I was right. Keep taking the tablets even when you start to feel better - got to kill it right off. If you're not better after three days, see the Doc.
