GOT - there will be spoilers

GoT
[spoiler]
Not a bad episode but plenty of time wasted on the High Sparrow. We don't need a farking 10 minute sermon from that prick every episode.

The Vale confrontation with LF was bullshit. LF is as popular as aids in the Vale and would have been sent flying if he'd threatened a Royce.

Prediction: John and Sansa attack Winterfell with much smaller army, Ramsay gains upper hand, but then the Vale comes to the rescue. Perhaps Sansa then cuts LFs balls off.

Reckon the Squids will pop up outside Kings Landing as Jamie tries to take down the Sparrow.

Not sure where Arya comes into it. Clearly she'll assassinate someone of note. Probably Cersei.

Dorne appears to have been given the chop completely.[/spoiler]
-
Sorry mate. Have most of this week off, so watched it "live".

Btw, shouldn't you be working rather than spending your time on internet forums? -
Only for a short scene when he was killed by a whore.

No unfortunately he wasn't there. Do you want to know what he does in the books? -

I managed to add a spoiler without reading...

My apologies again.

On was on tapatalk on the train home.
Ordinary. Nearly saved by Blondie. Lots of set up, there better be payoff

It was their own decision to pull the show. They have stated that they wanted to tell a full story (I guess Hood/Carrie's story) and wrap it up. Didn't want to drift on for the sake of it.

I thought the Burton thing was self-explanatory. You don't need to know his backstory except that he is totally devoted to Proctor because Proctor saved his life.

That's upsetting, I thought they could have kept it going for a bit. Still, you have to respect them for staying true to the show
-
Four episodes in and I'm bored shitless.
There were boobs, surely that's payoff enough for you -

No idea, I turned it off, that kind of thing has no place on TV!

[spoiler]I did wonder WTF they were doing back in the Ayre (sp) with that wussy little kid.

I guess having the army will help, but LF does need to be dealt with.

Totally agree on the High Sparrow, I find myself so fucking bored with that storyline - kill the fluffybunny already. It is a waste of time and space - and isn't Queen Marjorie no longer in prison in the books anyway? Not sure what the point of dragging this story out is!

Bout time Dany did something, she has also been getting boring.

Thought was one of Sansas better scenes too. Is old whats his face gonna get it on with Brienne?

She is 20 now...

Do you reckon they were even hers? The Cersei nude walk was all CGI.

Sorry to correct you RS but whilst there was some CGI, the actress, Lena Headey, used a body double who did most of it nude.

That was a difficult scene to watch but then when you think of her actions throughout (the TV series and books), she did deserve this.

BTW, how do you add the "Spoiler" section to a post?
-

in the menu bar above as you reply, 3rd icon from the top left (assuming a standard layout) next to the eraser, click on that and it gives a drop down.

Otherwise type [spoiler]add your bs in here[/spoilr] except spell it correctly....
-

Go to "Special BBCode" which is the third icon from the top left of the "pane", select spoiler from the drop down and there you go. Only just found out how to do it myself.

If any of you are lying about Bronn I'm gonna throw all the nerd rage I can muster at you......
-

[spoiler]I think the most interesting part of Episode 4 was how Cersie and Jamie suddenly wanted to work with the Tyrells on freeing Margery.
Me thinks I smell a rat...

I wonder what specifically the Sparrow told Tommen that he then told to Cersie? This was clearly the motivation for the next interaction between the incest twins and Lady Olenna and Kevan Lannister.

My own guess is that the Sparrow, with evil ulterior motives told Tommen that it was the Tyrell's who were responsible for the poisoning of Jofferey.
They have used the bait of Margery having to do the same walk of shame as Cersie which they know Olenna wouldn't stand for. And this is now why they want to draw the Tyrell army into the city and somehow destroy them along with Olenna, Mace, Margery, and the entire House Tyrell.

Well that's my guess anyway.[/spoiler]
-
