um, yea MN5, was looking in Whangarei....

one screen tells me there are 'not many tickets left (temp grandstand sold out) but are some elsewhere, but when I search for 1 for me and 1 for TR Jnr, is says....

Sorry, no tickets match your search.

You can try changing quantity or ticket type, or you can explore one of the options below.

There are no options below...

I tried just doing 2 adult tickets in case they didn't want TR Jnr, but still same answer (when I search in any part of the stadium)
-

I've tried all options but no luck....I cant even get one sitting by myself??

We tried to get 2 tickets a couple of weeks ago. Ended up ringing up in frustration to ask why the website was broken.

Apparently the website wasn't broken there is just a really high and unexpected demand for tickets and only singles were available. I managed to get 2 tickets in one row behind the other, so that worked out OK I guess.
-
Surely it's no surprise given EP has a potential catchment of close to 2 mill that a couple of weeks out tickets are hard to come by

Even 5 weeks ago the choice was limited.

Anyone who is still keen should keep an eye on ticket masters resale section -

It sure was a surprise to me. I thought I would be able to get tickets easily for a game against Wales.
-

Riding the wave of public excitement about the RWC triumph last year. First opportunity to see them since etc

Plus EP test tickets have been reasonably scarce for most tests since 2011.

Easy enough to get (as opposed to the bad old days when you had to know someone who knew someone) but you still best advised to get in reasonably quick.

Could be interesting trying to score Lions tickets next year
-

well I know someone, and will be able to get some tickets, although might be gold ones only which are pricey I think, so may just wait for the release of TRC ones....

Yep, but as you say you still need to get your tickets as soon as they're on sale. I'm sure the Bledisloe Cup game will sell out even quicker.

Like 2005, it's best to be a season ticketholder so you can buy tickets before they go on public sale. Even then, you are likely to be moved to other seats for the Lions fans who pay a premium for the best seats.
-

I think I got an e-mail for expressions of interest for Lions tickets?
