Brisk 45 minute walk, according to that map my run sit its a tad under 4km.<br />
Hard to stay motivated this time of year, you get home you just want to get sum hot food into you and crank up the fire place! -
Virgil, on my third day of Exercycling 1st 2 days did 10km in 20 min and am going to up the anti today. My workers brought me a Schwinn magnetic bike for my 40th and my goal is 30 minutes x 6 times per week. Doing about 33 kph and 60 rpm on level 10/20.

Thats good going mate, ive been slack the past couple weeks. Great way to build up a sweat i tell ya!<br />
You improve over time, i can do around 22k's in 30 mins which is 44km per hour. But when i first started it was around 35-36km per hour. -
Praise be, ive been doing some exercise this week.<br />
Been back to the dumbells, sets of various styles, and taken a couple of long brisk walks.<br />
