don't remember ever seeing her perform. lovely voice though
Saw her opening the Finn Brothers either at New Theatre Oxford or the Royal Albert Hall a few years back. She was really good.

@pakman delightful ☺️ you are basically my own Spotify now. Welcome to your new job, I think you will be happy here.
An Oldie for you:
"Mistaken Identity" is one kick-ass album.
The opening track "Draw of the Cards" is production perfection on anything more decent than a laptop or phone. -

Timeless. Great range as well - from soft, soulful to absolute belters.

Pretty good kiwi doom-metal/stoner-rock band:

Been listening to a fair bit of Pink Floyd recently - it's great background music whilst working.
The Wall.
Rather confused by this. You need to read the wiki page on it to get a good understanding of the album, and once you've done that it makes a shit load of sense and it's really quite mind blowing in it's artistry.
However. there is so much shit which could have been removed. I'd leave it alone up to Is there anybody out there, ditch Nobody Home, Vera, Bring The Boys Home. And then end the album after run like hell where the guys turned into the Xenephobe.
Think there is strong parallels to the series The Wire. Incredible concept, superbly written, superbly played with deep character arches, thoughts, let down by the artist thinking too much of themselves. The songs above remind me of the last series and a half of The Wire.
