Fitness Porn!



  • Just started boot camp this morning at 6 am. Was spitting tacks at getting up early this morning in particular due to lack of sleep.

    Turned up to the rugby field. 3 dudes and 27 chicks! Ka pai!!

    We had to line up behind each other and then go in the press up ready position with head up and we are told to focus on a point in front! That just happened to be a bunny with rather loose short shorts. Bless her

    Anyway the actual work out is pretty intense for an hour. 3 days a week. Took fat and weight and strength measurements over the weekend so will be interested in the 6 week result.

    Will miss one session due to being in Sydney for the weekend

  • boot camps are really good with great results in general from what I've seen of the boot-campers at Whanga and their results - you'll rip it!



  • Didn't have as much oomph today as I don't think I was recovered from Monday. Couldn't plank or pressup half as much
