Just started boot camp this morning at 6 am. Was spitting tacks at getting up early this morning in particular due to lack of sleep.<br />

Turned up to the rugby field. 3 dudes and 27 chicks! Ka pai!!<br />

We had to line up behind each other and then go in the press up ready position with head up and we are told to focus on a point in front! That just happened to be a bunny with rather loose short shorts. Bless her<br />
<br />
Anyway the actual work out is pretty intense for an hour. 3 days a week. Took fat and weight and strength measurements over the weekend so will be interested in the 6 week result.<br />

Will miss one session due to being in Sydney for the weekend
