Fish Oil

Any of you guys take Fish Oil Supplements?

I currently take this one http://www.greenpasture.org/public/Products/ButterCodLiverBlend/index.cfm (the capsules) but am looking to change it up.

The gym pushes this one http://www.purepharma.com/us_en/products/purepharma-3.html which also has magnesium and vitamin D. Apparently magnesium is underrated as a supplement. However, they are also pretty cheap (unlike this supplement combo).

Any thoughts?
-
I take fish oil but it's just a run of the mill omega 3, http://www.gohealthynz.co.nz/ourproducts/?cat=10&id=216

Also take a multi each day which has some magnesium and vitamin d in it. I see it as a nice to have and for the price I can't see why not to use etc. -

Did you do much research before settling on that? Soo many choices out there...

To be honest no I didn't.

Was just in the chemist by work and saw then cheap. Bought and used. They are ok though and have decent amount of EPA. I usually have a couple of serves of 2 to 3 capsules per day -
Magnesium is great. I take it at night for relaxation of mind and body. We put our son onto EyeQ fish oil supplements and it's really helped his mental focus. Got him on B2 as well which we are trialling for his migraines

I've been finding that some fish oil supplements promote its benefits for mental focus, while others promote the benefits for the joints. Do different supplements do different things?
-
I think I depends on which omega they're promoting - 3, 9, etc. I have no idea which is which :)
