So now there are reports of Congolese illegal migrants coming through the Southern border.
Congo which on top of a civil war is currently having issues with what is very likely to be the largest Ebola outbreak ever. These particular migrants have come via Brazil and made their way north. Ebola itself has an incubation period of 21 days so unlikely to be an issue however this does highlight the extreme danger of illegal migration when it comes to introducing or reintroducing disease into a society.Umm?
Edit:
Oooh. Sorry. Southern US border. Gone from Congo to Brazil and then all the way up to US.I get it now.
Yeah. On the face of it potential to spread Ebola right through South America

@booboo Ha yeah I thought the same when I saw the vide footage of them being escorted through San Antonio at night. They don't look south American, how on earth?
Trump proven right again. For a supposed idiot he's getting a lot of things on the money.

This is something of a polemic but gee it's hard to argue with alot if it.

This is pretty damning:

I like this one as well.....

Pretty huge news.

This will trigger all sorts of hysterics.

Another indicator we are nearing peak Trump Derangement Syndrome.....
One of the biggest knitting websites in the world, which claims to have more than 8 million members, has announced that it will ban users from expressing support for Donald Trump, saying that to do so constitutes “white supremacy”.
The knitting and crochet community has played a prominent role in the anti-Trump movement in the past, with women wearing homemade pink “pussy” hats to demonstrations around his election and inauguration becoming a distinctive symbol of protest against his presidency.

This is hilarious. More weasels.
House's pay raise in doubt as GOP wavers
The bipartisan attempt to raise salaries for members of the House of Representatives is in doubt as GOP leaders are finding little support for what would be a difficult political vote, according to Republican sources.
House Democratic leaders have been preparing to move ahead with the move this week, but only if they received GOP support. [...]

House Dems have been in office six months, accomplished SFA and want a pay raise, while GOP is seeing pitchforks from their base. The world has been turned upside-down.

The latest woman paraded before cameras accusing Donald Trump of rape just told Anderson Cooper on CNN that it wasn’t sexual, he didn’t touch her, something about fantasies, Anderson looked puzzled and not just because his mother died last week. This new accuser looks and sounds nuts. Anybody think CNN vetted her, or was the accusation enough to get her air time? American cable tv newsers are ridiculous.

@Salacious-Crumb Well I'm convinced. Dump the Trump!

The biggest hole in the claim is that Trump would have even looked at a 52 year old woman. That's at least 30 years too old for him.

CNN credibility takes -another- hit, and only an hour after video footage of Jussiie Smollett’s noose was released. Cable tv news is a clown show. Trump has driven these people clinically insane. And they’re still pissed he didn’t attack Iran.

First of the Dem debates is today
Last time around the Republicans had 'A' and 'B' level debates. Which of course resulted in no 'B' candidates ever becoming an 'A' candidate.
So now its random groups
Today
Sen. Cory Booker
Sen. Elizabeth Warren
Former Rep. Beto O’Rourke
Sen. Amy Klobuchar
Former Rep. John Delaney
Rep. Tulsi Gabbard
Former Housing Secretary Julián Castro
Rep. Tim Ryan
New York City Mayor Bill de Blasio
Washington Gov. Jay InsleeTomorrow
Sen. Bernie Sanders
Sen. Kamala Harris
Former Vice President Joe Biden
South Bend, Indiana Mayor Pete Buttigieg
Sen. Michael Bennet
Marianne Williamson
Rep. Eric Swalwell
Sen. Kirsten Gillibrand
Andrew Yang
Former Colorado Gov. John HickenlooperSo the more interesting one is tomorrow
Thoughts on todays debate:
Warren will be expected to win, so she'll have plenty to lose.
Gabbard is the only one who will go off the standard script
Watch Brooker and his prepared lines, his delivery tends to be like a bad actor
de Blasio has name recognition but no momentum. He's not popular in NYC. I expect him to be the first of the bigger names to drop out (still months away though)
