Couldnt find weight belts at my new gym this morning so not sure what to do re weighted chins....

have seen people hook a dumbbell with their legs, but that isn't going to let you add much weight.
At home, for weighted chins and dips, I use a smallish old rucksack, and load some weights in. Belt might be best, but a hell of a lot better than footbell.

I chuck the weights in a bag or use my children but they're getting heavy and less inclined to help their old man try to delay the aging process.
