  • Nah Bones weekend it's indurance as well.....Did it for a few years with some lads in Mahia, also included a yeard glass time trail, a dinggee round the bouy time trial, ping pong tourney...

    Goes like this:

    Friday night arrive - few jars and lots of lies

    Saturday
    9am holes Golf
    11am 100m spirint
    11.15 Benchpress
    12.00ish 3km run
    2pm Rugby goal kicks
    2.30pm Barts bike time trial
    4pm Benchpress - 3 attempts 3 reps
    7pm Pool comp

    Sunday
    9am 2000m row time trial
    11am tennis comp 1 set straight up no kissing
    2pm 1 length school pool

    Depart for home - farked........
