Ha! I reckon with kids, it's all a matter of relativity as to who they think are fat, and who aren't. My nieces/nephews think I'm fat, but this is mostly because their father is about 3 inches taller than Uncle Red Bull, and about 10 kilos lighter. <img src='http://www.daimenhutchison.com/invision/public/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/laugh.png' class='bbc_emoticon' alt=':)' /> -
... :shifty: and because you're fat <img src='http://www.daimenhutchison.com/invision/public/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/smile.png' class='bbc_emoticon' alt=':)' />

Pot, Kettle, Black, Calling -
I neglected to post last week as I was still in the post birth glow - an enjoying it apparently. Put on weight again - up to 94.8.<br />
<br />
Got it down this week. Back down to 94.1. So back refocussed and ready to drop these last few kilos to reach the target. <br />
<br />
Officially I am on the Wesley program for just another 6 weeks (or so). I have a specified 6 week training program now to see me out and a (bar/shake free) diet as well. So should get down.<br />
<br />
In sadder news, the dietitian I see irregularly (I see someone each week, but it varies) who I almost fell in love with (perhaps the most beutiful girl I have seen with all due respect to the mother of my 3 children) has finished up with me. I will now see someone else for the remainder of the program to see me out. Bugger. I shall miss her. -

<img src='http://www.daimenhutchison.com/invision/public/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/laugh.png' class='bbc_emoticon' alt=':lol:' /> Reminds me of an old joke:<br />
<br />
A portly guy sees an ad in the paper - <br />
<br />
Big Man Weight Loss <br />
5 kilograms in one day<br />
Results Guaranteed!<br />
$100<br />
<br />
So he calls into this place and is asked to take his clothes off in a large room with sofa, chairs and a coffee table. Five minutes later a beautiful 20 yo girl with a stunningly athletic body walks in and says "If you catch me, you can fuck me!" The guy tries his best, running after her in the room for almost an hour without success. At this point, she runs out through the door, with a chuckle and a "better luck next time!"<br />
<br />
He goes home, and next morning notices he's 5kg lighter. He heads back to the clinic that afternoon, thrilled with the results. This time after he strips, he moves the furniture out of the way so he doesn't have to run around to catch her. He hears the door open, and gets ready.<br />
<br />
A 6'6" athletic black guy walks in and says "If I catch you, I WILL fuck you!"<br />
<br />
The next 5kg were a given <img src='http://www.daimenhutchison.com/invision/public/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/smile.png' class='bbc_emoticon' alt=';)' /> -
never got under 93. Have finished the program at the above weight (thus losing just under 25 kgs in 6 months). Have put on 1.5kgs since, but have set myself a goal of getting under 93 and then staying under 95.<br />
<br />
Anyway, am running this damn Bridge to Brisbane on Sunday. 12kms. Takes me about 80 mins at my plodding speed at the moment. Perhaps running with a crowd in day light may hasten me up a little, but I must say, I am kind of looking forward to it. -
did it. Really enjoyed it. Great atmosphere.<br />
<br />
I did the CIty to Surf in Sydney a couple of times, but only after a big night the night before and walking it and stopping for pies at Edgecliffe Train Station about a quarter of the way.<br />
<br />
But I ran this. No official time until Sunday apparently, but think I may have got under 75 mins. Which I would be stoked about. <br />
<br />
They had pace runners with different coloured balloons. I was disapointed they didn't have an 80min one so I could be sure I beat him, so thought I would have a go at the 75 min one....until he ran straight passed me at about the 2km mark. Didn't see him again until about 9.5kms. Up ahead through the crowds. So I would speed it up, and then try to reign myself in and just keep my rhthym telling myself I just wanted to finish. Then I would speed up again. Then eventually I passed him with about 1 km to go and just kept it going. Very satisfied and it was in effect the pay off for the last 6 months of hard work and weight loss.<br />
<br />
My next goal is a 10km River Run the morning after the Wales v Aust RWC match. Perhaps I will even try to break 60mins. If its a flat course. Which it should be. <br />
<br />
After that? The Gold Coast Half Marathon!
