True stories, not Urban Legends...
Again, not new. What I'm getting at is - almost anyone who's worked in any role around food preparation or processing has a few stories that could put people off almost all food if aggregated and taken seriously. In my case I could scare people about dairy products, mates who have worked in the buthery department at the supermarket equally could put people off meat for life with their stories...
I see, and agree, had a mate who was a meat inspector for MAF at the Northland AFFCO's...he always threatened to tell us stories to put us off our meat!!

Is a website that will create an exercise plan for you. Quite detailed and changes from week to week. It also has instructions for each exercise, as well as a place to record your weights and progress for each session.

Went to weigh myself today, but the scales cut me a deal that if I didn't stand on them, there would be an extra pie in the fridge. Who was I to argue.

MvJ is going from strength to strength  Presuming the teams do not default, MvJ is going to smoke up the field this weekend by getting to the blind side at every breakdown even if he was to drive...
The good news is that I can stop recording every morsel of food I have been scoffing for the last week. Now a nutritionst has received this info and is sending me out an Eating Plan to follow. Thank goodness, I have been getting sick and tired of entering all this data. Makes me thank my lucky stars I dont have to sit in front of a computer all day to earn a crust.

If you want to treat yourself without worrying[too much] about putting on weight put a low fat plain yoghurt in the freezer until its frozen and chuck it in the microwave for 30 seconds when you want to eat it.

WOO! Finished my first beginner's logbook today. Not entirely sure if they're going to put me on another one or move me upwards, but I'm not too fussed. Really quite enjoying getting my ass kicked every morning at the gym. Mmm, endorphins.

I've upped the cardio too, frankly because I enjoy that a lot more. Instead of running on alternate days, I've decided to just do a 20 minute run at the gym every day regardless of whether or not I do my weights program.

Starting to notice a few more changes, which really is the best motivation you can get. Loving it <img src='http://www.daimenhutchison.com/invision/public/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/smile.png' class='bbc_emoticon' alt=':)' />

First ever attempt on BB Bench Press tonight since surgery on my wrist in 2004. Managed to knock one easy rep out at 120kgs. Wrist seems to have knitted back together nicely. Will incorperate the bench back into my weights sessions now.
i split bis and tris onto seperate days and do back or chest at the same time.

bis and tris are always left til the end of the session and the bigger muscle groups are worked first

currently doing cable curls, seated curls where on decline the dumbells are turned at an angle (gets a very strong stretch) and preacher curls 4 sets ea of 6 reps

i dont spend too much time on my shoulders as they are naturally well developed so only upright rows and lateral raises , secondary workouts via wide grip chin ups and presses etc

I've been training but just been too lazy to logon and update my log. Did a SPIN class with my partner on the weekend. It's been 8 years since I did one and man was my arse sore. Good cardio workout though.
Be @ the gym tonight to do some weights, then Muay Thai class followed up by a Karate class.Â
