After the gay marriage postal vote and soccer things today, it seems only appropriate:

Errol Parker  /  Nov 15, 2017 Local Gay Socceroos Supporter Literally Explodes Local Gay Socceroos Supporter Literally Explodes

    "It's all too much!"

**Local Gay Socceroos Supporter Literally Explodes** As if today couldn’t get any better for Dave Hatton, it just did. This morning, his love for his partner Michael was validated and accepted by the majority of his fellow Australians. Tonight, his second loves just qualified for the 2018 FIFA World Cup. Speaking to The Advocate moments after his head exploded with pure ecstasy and love, the 31-year-old concierge said that today has been ‘quite full-on.’ “Yeah, my head just exploded everywhere,” he said. “Today has been a great day, compared to other days I’ve lived previously,” “This morning, we felt reached a highwater mark of love and acceptance in this country. This afternoon, we get revenge on the Italians for kicking us out of the World Cup in 2006. With the greatest respect guys, succhiarmi il cazzo.” From the Betoota Hotel beer garden when a number of young football fans are watching the game, every late night trading venue in the Old City district of town has been granted special permission by Mayor Councillor Keith Carton to remain open. “If anybody closes their nightclub before Sunday, they’re a bum,” shouted Carton from the roof of the Dolphins Club. “Lettuce party!” More to come, tomorrow.

I have umpired a game that ended up about 20 all out.
When the outs include a few LBWs there are some shitty parents and comments to deal with afterwards.

So we're down to 3 hookers.

If we lose one tomorrow who is next in line?

Personally am a huge fan of Ben Funnell. I suppose Riccitelli is probably in front. Really not a fan of Parsons.

Whats Rudolph Straueli up to these days?

I'm not sure what I'd do with a team that gets thumped 57 nil by NZ, draws twice with Aussie , then loses only by 1 point to NZ, before get humped 38-3 by the Irish.

But those results show the skill, physicality and ability is there. But not the mental side.

Who was that dapper bloke in a suit hanging around with the Wallabies? Looked a bit like Cheika.

Samoa missed a trick there - they could and should have won that - game was there for the taking

Hmm, interesting to see Hernandez has ousted Sanchez from the 10 shirt.

Could be a long evening for Wales next Saturday

    Yeah, nah.

I saw a bunch of big brown Wallabies beat up a bunch of little Asian kids while the latter's Islander mates watched on.

Mismatches all over the park in terms of size early, and while our structure looked OK, we were never really challenged in the set piece until we'd racked up 50.

Our subs were pretty ordinary and Japan grew a leg to score some hard-fought points in the last quarter.

Wales would probably scratch their chin a bit at Japan's backslide, but know that the Wallaby performance wasn't that great, and there are still glaring weaknesses.

On the plus side for us: we kept trying things, which is how the beat the ABs a couple of weeks ago. We can triumph over Gatlandball if we do this and keep our set piece straight.

What does de Grandhomme bring to the team other than being an earnest trier who opponents have now worked out?

This is kind of linked to a query I have about this team - why not go with four pace bowlers (with Santner the spin option)?

We don't have a genuine all-rounder right now and our bowling bullpen is decent enough to have some rotation (Boult, Southee, Milne, Henry, Wagner, Wheeler, Bracewell, Kuggeleijn, Ferguson). Even if you want a batting option at eight, you have some choices in Henry, Bracewell and Kuggeleijn (the latter two will need some PR work I must admit).

    Bracewell the 'all rounder'.......

Fuck I love some shit I read on the fern

@gunner think he is cover for someone who is currently injured and will be touch and go if they make it back in time more so than any potnetial injuries.

I kind of want to ignore this but really find the hypocrisy of the lady somewhat distasteful, regardless of Smith's part in this.

She was unknown until she publicised herself.

But she wants revenge and she'll pursue it.

    Hell hath no fury huh?

I wonder why I bother to keep the first post of the "November Internationals" thread up to date with broadcast details. Nobody seems to read it?

I only ever go to the last post of a thread assuming the old posts are.......old.

    @Stargazer

    🙂

What Crucial said, and multiple sources of information is good.

Not debating that. Just want to know which ones have already sorted offshore contract options at this stage, separating them from ones who will do so as a result. There may be others offered sevens contracts, or having an injury lay-off.

Thanks Stargazer - I just picked up the Chris Eaton one. Also noted a handful picked for other nations, like Nansen, Lokotui, Brighouse.
