A quick scroll through Facebook today tells me that a lot of people don’t know what the word gorgeous actually means ...

I'm at dad's just north of Cambridge (Waikato) for a couple of days and my stepbrother's kids are crying every half an hour. That definitely doesn't fall into the gorgeous category.

Perhaps I should post this here:

Alexa, Who Has Access to My Data? Amazon Reveals Private Voice Data Files

In August 2018, amazon.de customer Martin Schneider (not his real name) used these rights to ask Amazon to release the personal data it has on file about him. A couple of months later, Schneider was sent a download link to a 100MB ZIP file. About 50 of the zipped files contained data relating to everyday things like Amazon searches, but there were also around 1,700 WAV files and a PDF cataloging unsorted transcripts of Alexa’s interpretations of his voice commands. Schneider was extremely surprised to find these files as he doesn’t use Alexa and doesn’t own any Alexa-enabled devices. He listened to some random sample files but didn’t recognize any of the voices they contained.

Looking for a career as a personality devoid newsreader? Because that's gone.

You could say that was years ago.

    Luck hopefully.

anyway, all too hard basket to do myself so got a mate who is a bee keeper to come grab it

Is he going to store it on your farm ? We had the same thing happen but we already had three hives so the beekeeper took it away . I think he killed the queen and gave the hive one of his queens .

He will take it. I was thinking of keeping it but we are selling this farm shortly so don't want the hassle of moving it

Scanning through the Stuff article most people near the epicentre felt little or nothing. Bigger shakes in the lower NI and SI.

Anything deep in Central NI tends to throw waves out that get felt far more in places like Welly.
They're the ones that you hear coming like a truck. Luckily they also tend to have lost any sharpness by the time they are felt.
Mind you I have been up Ruapehu when there was one centered nearby. That was a bit freaky.

I like Meghan for obvious reasons and I like Prince Phillip for the outrage he causes. Casual racism is is still great fun and good on him for not having a filter.

The rest are all fluffybunnies who should suffer the same fate as the Russian royal family.

    God Bless communism.

I only recently learned of the existence of these , considering the amount of carriers the yanks ultimately ended up with it explains how they were able to train so many aircrew .
Apparently if you were shot down in the pacific and recovered by another US boat your pistol and anything else interesting on you was souvenired by your rescuers and your carrier had to swap you for your bodyweight in ice cream.

    @kruse that’s awesome!

To be clear, it was the UK immigration that waved us through back into UK.

I see @mariner4life played against some ex Wals on the weekend as well.

Great stuff. We're really investing in the Cauliflower Club which gets a couple of old and not so old Wallabies back on the field for fund raising.

Great name! Do the backs understand?? 🙂
