I don't think you can disconnect Trumps fuckwittery from his ideas and policies though.
Only a person such as he would put them up in the first place. Are you aware of how pompous that attitude is?
Plenty of his ideas have real merit (some don't.. like any politician)no matter how much the left and social justice warriors might loathe them. Your attitude which is shared by alot of people is the exact reason why many feel disconnected and what to raise the middle finger at the polling booth.Jeez. And I wondered why I have kept away from commentating on this thread....
One post and in come the boots.
I wasn't talking about all of his policies and ideas just the ones a fuckwit would come up with.
I do understand your point about disconnected voters etc etc, you have been making it ad-nauseum all thread. We all get it. Maybe the pomposity is yours? Assuming that everyone else just doesn't understand.
You entirely missed the point I was making in the haste to snap back as well.
Out of which interest which ones are the fuckwit ones?
, he wants to deport illegal immigrants >
What is wrong with this??
I would like to think any NZ goveernment leader would also support this action!

Here is my view on Trump's TERRIBLE policy views.
Trump wants to bring back torture - disagree with this except in rarw circumstances (imminent physical threat)
He wants to deport illegal immigrants - strongly agree - most other countries do this.
He opposes the TPPA - agree
supports the no-fly list being used to strip constitutional rights - unsure
wants to defund planned parenthood - strongly agree
has threatened trade war with Mexico (which would be to the detriment of both countries) - if they don't pay for the wall - agree Mexico will cave because it hurts them much more.
he wants to audit the fed - agree
has no plans to reform the police = doesn't play SJW with BLM so agree
opposes the Iran deal - unsure
believes Putin is a strong leader - strongly agree
no plans for gun control - agree and disagree
no policy for healthcare other than to replace Obamacare - agree on replacing it.
has suggested South Korea and Japan should have nuclear weapons - he asked the US for fair payment for their protection
has suggested closing up the internet - really? in that case disagreeRussia are the only country willing to stand up to the US's imperialist policies. Thus the neo-con hate.
China are the greater threat.
But they are all "fuckwit" policies because they don't align with my own personal preferences!!
If people disagree with his policies it would be great to have their reasons without comments like "fuckwit" thrown in.

I find it weird that Trump and Pence cop shit for saying Putin is strong leader. They'd probably cop shit if they called him a weak leader as well.
Alot of Trumps policies are populist claptrap, but so were "hope and change" and the very vague claims about those "green jobs" that will apparently just replace existing livelihoods. And wtf is a working family?

Of all Trump's policies that is actually the worst one. I would go as far as saying that if Trump and I agreed on every single other policy, that one policy is so stupid that it would be enough in and of itself to get me to not vote for him. Even if we ignore the humanitarian concerns around deporting people, the economic affects would just be massively devastating. It could cost the US government up to $600 billion and wipe 1 trillion off of US GDP. Trump could quite possibly plunge America into a bigger recession than the one in 2008. Trump deporting 11 million people is likely to lead to a recession in New Zealand. Then there is the situation with who does the deporting? Are you going to divert police resources? Well, okay, then crime goes up. How will that affect terrorism? This is all going to be done to deport a group of people who positively contribute to the US economy and commit less crimes than natural born citizens. Trump, in his bluster about the wall, has generally not mentioned far more common sense solutions (such as an entry-exit tracking system). Trump was talking about illegal immigration for over a year before mentioning entry-exit tracking.

Woah, woah , woah. The first person who said Trump was a fuckwit in this conversation was Baron. Crucial affirmed the term but didn't create it. I was just replying to Baron's question. Not necessarily saying that all those policies were fuckwitted.

Of course, "hope and change" was a load of crap just as it is a load of crap when Hillary talks about feminism. The point is that none of Obama's policies were going to do the sort of damage to the USA that Trump's policies will do (if he actually tries to implement them).
Trump gets crap for that comment because most people don't find invading sovereign countries, killing journalists and dissenters or supporting the Assad regime as shows of strength. Putin simply picks on those who are weaker than him.

During a campaign rally Tuesday night, Donald Trump urged his supporters to vote on November 28.
“Go and register. Make sure you get out vote November 28,” the GOP presidential nominee said at the event in Panama City, Florida.
Gold.

Russia is a long term ally of Syria with a mutual defense pact. The US armed rebels tried to take Assad down. And they have fucked it up. Their snake-like regime change BS (for their "strategic interest" whatever that fucking means) is becoming more obvious to Westerners not brainwashed by our media.
Russia is defending its ally and trying to nail them in Aleppo before Clinton comes to power. Putin is twice the statesman Obama is.

I'm guesstimating, but isn't 28th November designnated as Pussy-Grabbing Day in the US?

DonDon will put Ivanka forward for the 28th because "she's a piece of ass"

What exactly makes Putin twice the statesman Obama is?

@Frank Putin is a bully in a little man's body. And so far the rest of the world has let him grab other sovereign countries for his own. Hopefully someone will stand up to him soon because we all know what happened the last time the world stood by and let a little man go on a wild land grab
