Alex Hodgman has made a huge difference since coming on.

Good strong finish from Canterbury. They seem to be getting into their groove now as we all knew they would. Romano and Punivai were very good for them today with a strong cameo from Hodgman up front. BOP competed well but fell away towards the end but have done well with a tough start to the comp. They look good for promotion.

Deserved win from Canterbury, but full credit to the Steamers, who made them work for it. Their scrum was impressive. Ardron & Karpik very good, and Tiatia their best back.
Canterbury should start Hodgman and Dunshea, not DLB and Dalzell. Romano, Bridge, Makene and also McKay among the better Cantabs.

Yeah but is that his natural position? I look at the guy - in combination with what little I've heard of his background - and reckon he's a 12.
