Three way today! Arm pump is real!! Found some 6kg DBs under the house so it was all about volume. Pretty much sets of max reps over 30sec. Brutal!

You need to full story! Not so lucky if three dudes. In fact, painfully unlucky!

we have a decently long steep drive then a set of about 20 steps to the front entrance (Mt Vic so unsurprising) which I walk up and down about three times a day - it's not much but with my knees it's good enough - the hard part as with all knee injuries is actually the impact on the downhill. I'm not a huge fitness guy these days - 1 and a bit lungs means I have no endurance.

Corona fitness update
Actually going well so far. Have got back in to running and doing a beach run every 3 days. On other two days Iām trying to get a ride in and have set up some strava segments near by. Wife has also put me through a couple of pilates sessions - mainly working on abs and glutes which are two of my weak points
Running is going better than expected - did 5km first time and 6km the next.Running on the beach so not fast (around 5.30 km pace) but prob better for my knees. Will try add distance before pace I think.
Also 100 pressups every day - 5x20 this week. 4x25 next

Similar here - I'm a little ahead of you on the running progress as I've been unemployed for a few months! Managed 10km on the road/gravel today at 4:45 pace, keen to get down below 4:30 pace for 10km before lockdown is over.
I've also started the 100 pressups per day. I'm typically 30/20/20/20/10!

I been doing Circuit stuff with the kids...
Have a track which is 65m round, daughter who is pretty inactive been doing 20 laps, already knocked 2 mins off her first time, so that is its own encouragement!
I did one today (farken hot too) 10m bear crawl, 10 jump squats, 30 mountain climbers, 10 push ups and 4 laps of track...did that 6 times šÆ
Was a bit easier than the one yesterday which had burpees, they suck.
-
@taniwharugby burpees are disgusting things, should be banned! š¬

Oh, and after playing golf for 30 years or so, finally found some time to work on my short game with 20/30m pitched #chipping #putting #driveforshowputtfordough

Mrs TA goes back to the office tomorrow, so I'm working from home for the 10th day in a row with the kids doing school.
Every break between lessons, I'm going to get them to do some body weight stuff - no more than 3 minutes - to start toning up their lazy asses, and mine!
Nothing too strenuous - just taking advantage of a universe where I can have close contact to instil some basic technique. Miss 12 isn't so bad as she usually does dancing 6 hours a week, but the boy... fittest thumbs on the planet from PS4.

We've been doing a bit too. Course across the road is closed (as required) so holes are fill on greens but the fairways are great for chipping practice, just need to take a bucket of balls over. My sons getting an hour or so in every day so far.
