    Often called Spin class or RPM, virgil. Most gyms do it. Guys I know that wanted to lose weight and keep it off were into it big time. One mate used to do a class every morning so he could play Under 85kg's grade - he started off weighing 95, got down to about 84 or something and held that.

    get hold of a swiss ball to do situps and stuff on Virgil... they are the business and you can do heaps of other kinds of exercise on them

    Good thinking, the Mrs has some over large inflatable ball..did situps 2 days in row now i cant do 1!..all sore and stiff in the midriff area, must be a good sign tho  <img src='http://www.daimenhutchison.com/invision/public/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/wink.png' class='bbc_emoticon' alt=':)' />

    After seemingly stalling on the weight loss in the last couple weeks finally made sum progress, dropping below 86kgs at last.<br />

    85.3kgs on the day will get you on to the field in the under 85kgs comp (tolerance of 1kg). Bart will be the next one to join the ranks  :happy:

    Its a buzz standing on those scales and seeing a lower number flash up, quite the opposite when you havent lost anything tho!<br />

    First goal was always to reach 80kgs, then see how im looking..the mrs doesnt want me too skinny...maybe so im not too attractive to the opposite sex? :nta
