and Matich started the season on the bench too
Leaving him out of the xv in the early rounds was insane
-
@Duluth yeah I assume they went for McNamara due to him being a couple of inches taller and a few kgs heavier than Matich, he has a pretty good work rate too, but Matich has been on of the workhorses of our team for a few seasons now, a vital part with his work rate and accuracy.

@taniwharugby Robinson, Matich and Pryor is up there in terms of loosies running around at M10 level. Good luck for tonight - would be awesome for your boys to get up and get it
It’s a good match up in the loosies.

Can't have you missing out on the easy ten points at stake from the first game of this round so make sure you get your tips submitted before the game kicks off at 7.05pm.Come on the Shield Snorters - pull out a big one in memory of my whangai so tragically lost last Sunday.

it's been ages since I've seen a pass to no one. That was a shocker.
-
Northland's passing has been off so far.
-
Willing start from both sides. Taniwha creating opportunities but lacking the finishing.
HB attack looks to have a little more fluency to it though.
That wasn’t a penalty.
-
FFS, that Ranger penalty was BS, he just flopped straight over, I didn't see the one awarded to the Shield Snorters as I was still swearing too much at the TV.
Pickerill not policing the offside at all when the Shield Snorters have the ball (might be the same when the Taniwha have the ball but I can't open that other eye).
