    Cheers Nick.<br />
    <br />
    Opening weight 99.7kg Height solid 5ft 10 - still hate the cm measures.<br />
    <br />
    Gym reckon blokes can lose anything between 10 - 20kg depending on how hard they work and obviously how fat they where to start. I'd love to end this under the 90kg, that and hit under 90 in golf. Think i'll have more show at the gym.<br />
    <br />
    Went to Gym this morning, for the RPM class, a bike ride from hell, if the instructer wasn't such a utter hottie I would have given in.<br />
    <br />
    Weights sess tonight.<br />
    <br />
    Food is going really well, cookin dinner and next days lunch at same time.<br />
    Brekkie is just porridge n green milk to mix<br />
    m/t is an apple<br />
    lunch peice chicken no skin, 1/3 cup rice, 2 cups veges<br />
    a/t another apple<br />
    dinner 1 x peice fish - baked, 1/3 cup pasta, 2 cups vege<br />
    supper 1 x banana<br />
    <br />
    pick up the supplements tonight.<br />

    read the label Willie, read the label!!!!<br />
    <br />
    <br />
    Water best though, or if you like a bit of taste, no problem with diet soft drinks.<br />
    <br />
    Diet Coke gets a hammering from Moi, along with the new Coke Zero, very tasty!!

    Look at the amount of sugar per 100mL and then compare it to your average soft drink. Easiest way is to go to the supermarket and compare them side by side. If I'm unable to obtain diet soft drinks then I'll mix 1 part soft drink to 5 parts water just to give it a tiny bit of flavour. But if you can find flavoured mineral water with low sugar content that is also good.

    had a mate who used to mix coke 50/50 with water all the time.  Took the 'syrupness' out of it, worked a treat.  I'll do that sometimes with diet coke too as I demiolish a bottle of it each night!!

    Soft drink is about 11g of sugar per 100mL just as a comparison <img src='http://www.daimenhutchison.com/invision/public/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/smile.png' class='bbc_emoticon' alt=':)' />

    Yeah mostly Red Beard. That stuff is actually spring water for the most part, unlike some of the cheaper ones which are just filtered water bottled.

    What the hell is wrong with water from the bloody tap, you nancy boys :nta Sometimes I add an ice cube for a bit of variation, but otherwise if it's good enough for MvJ it's good enough for everyone else!

    Let us keep in mind that MvJ's alternative is "anything alcoholic" and we begin to see why water is so appealing <img src='http://www.daimenhutchison.com/invision/public/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/smile.png' class='bbc_emoticon' alt=':)' />

    Maybe you dont like it but believe me you are unlikely to miss a workout due to a hangover fuelled by Sparkling Mineral Water.Â

    Actually, I firmly believe that pain is just pain entering the body.
