Took it before weights this morning and was shaking like Steady Eddie. Wow, if this is the weak stuff the heavy shit must send you to the moon! Tastes nice as well.
Will be interesting to see how I go with swimming intervals tomorrow morning. Can’t believe I haven’t tried this stuff before.
Good to know @Paekakboyz and @JK have all the sweeeeeeeeeet drug hook ups we’ll ever need.

@rancid-schnitzel what did it do to your performance during workout?

Big difference was not being fatigued between sets. I was buzzing the entire time. I had a very strong coffee when driving my son to swimming this morning and then may have had a bit more than the recommended dose of preworkout. Whatever the case, it did the job!
-
@rancid-schnitzel double scoop bro, this is the whey 🤣
-
yeah you will be two scooping before too long if you dont watch out.
I keep a number of different pre-workouts on the go so always alternating between them and usually what I am training will drive which pre workout I am using, ie I will go with something that doesnt have a lot of pump inducing ingredients when I am doing deadlifts but if smashing shoulders or arms then its all about the pump.
Usually routine is pre-workout first thing in the morning before training and then I'm having a coffee now whilst getting the work underway for the day. Find this also helps any crash or comedown too but only get that on some of the older style or 'dirty' pre-workouts and you won't find many of those on the shelves nowadays anyway.
And then my 1pm....post lunch pick me up. Not a preworkout but more of a fat burner with good focus. And before I know it the days over!

I love what you did there

So took the gear before swim intervals this morning and damn it did the job. Was absolutely smashing it. Talked to Coach Hitler about it and he was also a user but reiterated what has been mentioned here that the effects wear off.
Youngest is playing volleyball at stupid o’clock tomorrow morning so have to get my run in before the swim. Will be interesting to see how that goes with the PEDs.

When my mate worked at the supplement place in town I remember one called the Curse which literally made your skin prickle. Then again some of the others didn’t seem to effect me at all. I guess it all comes down to your metabolism/genetic make up.
Those Mushashi protein bars are all I bother with now and they do the trick and then some. With the amount of time I spend on the road with work it’s easy to grab one from a servo.

Musahi is generally great quality all round. Expensive unfortunately. Those who are sponsored by them are bloody lucky. I always get one of those thick 45g of protein bars on the weekend. Very nice 👍

The Salted Caramel one is genuinely delicious, other flavours way less so. Certainly not ideal instead of actual food long term but 45 grams of the good stuff is not to be sniffed at.

Tried some pre-workout today.
Was a bit of a tingle on my fingers and scalp at times, but nothing really, didn't feel a rush or anything as I expected.
However, did my usual workout, was keen to push weight up, and finished my usual workout, 10 mins quicker.
Just no fatigue and felt really good.
This stuff

The effects can be weird and delayed sometimes. I had “flex points” with VPA and got some new PW. Something called PRE-30. Tried it for the first time this morning. I didnt really feel much at the start although I did the pool plus land work thing without much trouble. But then felt a massive buzz as I was eating breakfast and then hit the gym 45 minutes later. Was amazing. Shame the body gets a resistance to it.
