Trojan Horse affair was a great listen although I'm still a bit wary about the main protagonist (Hamza) and the fact that they didn't really dig enough quite enough to make it more than a good theory. I loved it, but it was a bit of a let-down with the whole Australia trip to finish.
Just finished The Coming Storm (BBC) which was a fascinating look at QAnon (I think it may have been mentioned above but was recommended by a non-polish friend).
I'm looking for something new - longform 8 or so episodes, so recommendations are appreciated. I downloaded Things Fell Apart so will blame booboo if that sucks.

I listened to these two back to back and found The Coming Storm to be not as gripping in comparison. Especially when it crossed with stuff that had been done better in the Rabbit Hole podcast a couple of years ago. Still a decent enough listen but I don't think he delved as deep as he made out he was going to in the opening episode. I actually think the epilogue was one of the better episodes though.

I might have a look at the Rabbit Hole then, although I’ve kind of done the tech in our lives thing to death with Swisher & Galloway (Pivot podcast).

It's a twice weekly ongoing podcast with a focus on tech/media and business. As I have a professional interest in it, I find it really interesting ( it deals with key issues surrounding the big four/five).
Kara and Scott and both progressives, so there is a clear slant, but I find both of them funny enough and interesting enough.

Ah ok, I'll keep it in mind for fill in podcasts. I usually have one series running, then two movie podcast eps a week, two to four history or businessey podcast eps a week, and Fatman Beyond - but I walk and listen nearly 2 hours every day so often have gaps where I'm looking for new podcasts.

I also recommended The Coming Storm so I'm covered.
Recommend some more pls.
I think watching Things fell apart after The Coming Storm was the right way around. I saw Rabbit Hole as a suggestion and listened to that (which I think was also a recommendation from here).
Also listened to Serial (season 1) about Adnan Syed (I'd love to sit over a beer and discuss that one), so looking for a new series. For some reason season 2 of Serial hasn't held my interest.

Have you listened to the Rabbit Hole podcast? Not sure if it's tied up with the show.

Sorry, I meant I saw it as a suggestion and listened to the podcast.
Edited accordingly!

Am looking for recconendations myself.
Will have to try Serial.
Edit: and Rabbit Hole.
FYI - can't recommend the Brady Heywood Podcast highly enough if you haven't already tried it.

If any of you have followed any modern comedy podcasts then this will mean something.
"What if a retard was gay?"

I've been listening to Behind the Bastards which I like, except, it's supposed to be a mix of comedy and straight down the line podcast about bastards. But, the host just isn't funny. But, it does depend on his co-hosts often on whether he tries too hard to be funny.
I've just listened to two episodes about the history of Southern Baptist Church in relation to child molesting and prior to that was three episodes about Supreme Court Justice Clarence Thomas.
It's a good listen from a historical info standpoint and gives starting off points for further reading.

Hi Team.
Any updates/new podcasts?
I've pretty much run out of internet, and am left to browse through ABC Conversations, given I'm nearly up to date on The Infinite Monkey Cage, and have revisited the full Brady Heywood series, and both 13 Minutes to the Moons ...
Needed while rebuilding front path ...

I've now listened to nearly all the Behind the Bastards (from my post above yours) and eventually got dialled into what the host was doing so take back my criticism of him not being funny. It's a good podcast if you want to hear about assholes.
Only dud episode was the one on Netanyahu as he did the typical thing these days of just ranting about Israel instead of the actual wealth of material about Bibi being a huge bastard himself.
I'm not up on the science type podcasts you mention but I'll add an episode of each to my list to have a listen to.

Neps
Would suggest you try the Apollo 13 series by both 13 Minutes to the Moon (although series 1 gives you the background) and Brady Heywood. The actual story is better than the movie.
The wrap up episode of the Brady Heywood A13 series includes the movie inaccuracies, and geeks out on some of the rocket science, and how the O2 tank actually got fucked up.
I'll try and track down your bustards pod and report back. I've tried a few of the podcasts further up the thread and lasted only a few episodes because attention span of a teena...
