Boks v Wallabies - Pretoria
-
Boks have named their squad for their home games. They can still finish a defiant second, which is kind of like first. And they'll probably just kick the shit out of it and whatever.
The big news is Pat Lambie and Willie le Roux are back into the squad
Adriaan Strauss (c), Willem Alberts, Eben Etzebeth, Lood de Jager, Steven Kitshoff, Vincent Koch, Jaco Kriel, Francois Louw, Bongi Mbonambi, Oupa Mohoje, Franco Mostert, Tendai Mtawarira, Trevor Nyakane, Julian Redelinghuys, Pieter-Steph du Toit, Warren Whiteley, Damian de Allende, Johan Goosen, Bryan Habana, Francois Hougaard, Elton Jantjies, Juan de Jongh, Faf de Klerk, Jesse Kriel, Patrick Lambie, Lionel Mapoe, Malcolm Marx, Lwazi Mvovo, Rudy Paige, Willie le Roux, Morne Steyn
However, Coetzee cautioned against assuming that Lambie would replace off-form Elton Jantjies against Australia on October 1 at Loftus Versfeld stadium in Pretoria.
“We want to ascertain his readiness and confidence for international rugby or whether he rather needs to play another match in the Currie Cup for the Sharks,” he said.
“Patrick has been included in our squad so that our medical and conditioning team can get first-hand feedback.”

Seems like net has been cast wide. Is there anyone omitted who has a strong case for feeling aggrieved?
-
Huh...wiki knows its stuff eh.
Sefanaia Naivalu (born 7 January 1992) is a Fijian rugby union player...
Mind you, nothing to be scared of there, he's only 6'1". Became eligible on the 18th.

Don't think so. Considering this is a 30-man squad with coverage for each position (3 halfbacks + 3 hookers) I'd say its about right. Got to remember that since the first TRC squad Toomua, Giteau, Mitchell, and AAC have gone, now Pocock and TPN out of what would be first selected.
Maybe Skelton would be there, but his form hasn't justified it when Coleman is showing how it should be done.
The Queenslanders would argue that Reds hooker Andrew Ready deserves a shot. Considering its probably Moore, Hanson, daylight, then I'm not so sure. Latu is uncapped but only missed out previously on Wallaby duty with an injury. He might even get a game against the Argies. But I'm a fan of Hanson.

You pretty much need a step ladder just to piss in a urinal at that height.
