@antipodean wonder if there are other "days" specifically identified for 0.001 % of the population?

@jegga Why are people (aside from Twitter being Twitter) melting down over that pic, I think it looks kind of interesting.
It’s a cool pic , the guy is a Bernie activist and plugs the green new deal and they are mocking him for being out of touch . I’m not going to get into that but the responses are quite funny though if you like sarcasm

That sums up everything wrong with Twitter. To me it was clear he was referring to the different colours/gradients in the environment, not the fact that it's farmland. And yet a whole swathe of people (who just happen to be on the other side of politics to him) accuse him of being a complete moron. Everyone proceeds to get angry with one another for no real reason. Rinse and repeat.

Really? Different seeding times/ crop and sowing direction affecting light refraction doesn't immediately enter as a reason?

There's a difference between it being interesting and someone publicly proclaiming they're an ignorant imbecile.
What is wrong with saying you don't know about something when you don't know about something?

On the surface of it, nothing. But I'd wager a child could easily guess that patterns that don't exist in nature would be man made and logically come to the conclusion that where farmland exists, they might be looking at farms.
That's before we discuss the laziness of people who have access to twitter, but can't be bothered using a search engine.
