Reds get up over the powerful Rebels 29-24
THe Kings dealt to the Sharks 35-32, and now have more wins than the leading Aussie team...
This years results have made the conference system look like the biggest fuck up since the big horse was accepted into Troy.

The Jaguares are a very frustrating watch. So many schoolboy errors they continue to make every game.
-
looking like the decision to make wholesale changes backfiring!

and the mighty Force down the Jaguares in Argentina 16-6.

Does that elevate the Force to top of the Aus conference?
Six points off of first. Same wins as Brumbies but the Brumbies have a lot of bonus points. Four of their final five games are in Perth (but two of them are against the Highlanders and Hurricanes).

@Rapido A mate on facebook pointed out that tickets in PE to watch Super Rugby were going for a pittance. Something like 20 rand.
Whodathunk? Drop ticket prices and get a full stadium...

@booboo and on that, am seeing a bit of shit about the cost of ticket prices to the Blues-Reds game in Samoa with cost being beyond locals, am sure there must be cheaper ones, but $400 was mentioned.

The article has a certain whiff to me.
I'd suggest that the locals are complaining about the $40 tala prices (as they are allowed to do).
And the author decided to include the price of the most expensive tickets, for journalistic reasons, of course. -

Professional sports + agenda-driven journalist with an axe to grind, naturally the high water mark gets spotlighted.
Did you know it costs $40,000 to see a basketball game in America? Must be true, I read it online.

@Frye yeah I saw something on Twitter.
are there tickets for $250/$400 to a normal Blues game at EP?
No idea mate. You live about 8000 miles closer to EP than I do. If there is a hospitality package attached then it could get up there.
-
@Frye well I mostly only go to EP for AB games and tickets on halfway for that weren't anywhere near $400, plus last time I went for a Blues game at EP I didn't pay for my tickets....but I don't expect they were $400 as we had an Under 8 rugby team along with us too.
