Any serious rowers out there, or semi serious like myself, here is a site that is great for motivation...

http://data.freespiritsrowing.com/frees ... index.html

http://www.freespiritsrowing.com/content/

is the site.

you'll need to be logging your metres into the concept2.com website, and then join free spirits.

You are then 'racing' up the metre board against 500 odd rowers. Is great to see that you need just another XXXX metres to jump up the boards two places.

I am currently 152nd!!

Finished one season in the top 30 or so, but that was when I was rowing 100,000 + metres a week. Madness I tells yah!

But it hooks you, tyring to keep ahead of people and catching up etc, and does make you row extra too!!
