Harris rested. He should use the week off learning to pass the ball!
Otherwise little change from the Canes game, except due to injury.
-
-
So they confirm that Kautai, Aumua and Falcon are all off the injury list now, and only 14 left on it! But, they do not use Kautai or Aumua. Very odd. Assume they will get a chance against Jaguares, and McKenzie or Lienert-Brown rested in backs, and Cane in forwards??
-
@arhs Falcon is still injured. See the photo I posted in the Chiefs thread.
-
Thanks, saw that. That is why it seemed odd he is not on injured list.
-

He looked pretty good coming off the bench for Brothers last weekend. Wily enough to make up for any loss of speed as father time takes his toll.
-
I don't think that injury list is complete. Kautai still has a foot injury and Falcon obviously had an op. Aumua and Verney have played some club rugby in recent weeks so perhaps they are injured (again).
-
Reds 1000th game I believe.
I’m heading along but I think the Chiefs may struggle this week unfortunately.
Reds to break the Aussie Super drought?
-
Lovely dummy from Ngatai... Even dummied himself and threw the ball on the ground.
-
I really hope the Chiefs can maintain that NZ 34 game winning record over the Aussie teams. They should, but you never know when playing the Reds.
-
Brilliant try from Ngatai.
-
Chiefs looking good, despite a few errors.
-
Dmac off for a HIA?
-
@stargazer looked like friendly fire from his own player
-
Dmac not returning.
-
Damn, DMac was looking good.
-
Gee Retallick is strong with BIH close to the line
-
Alaimalo not having a good game with a brainless throw to nobody.
-
How was that not knocked on by the Reds player?
-
Late tackle on Mmac, then another one.
-
-
Fa’auli needs to stop leading with the shoulder - and stop coming out of the line.
-
31 - 0 in the 45th minute
Beautiful sideline conversion by Marty
-
What a terrible penalty - a Reds guy won a penalty by lying on the tackles Player.
-
@nepia Was never supporting his own weight.
-
what a shot..!,that’s gonna make the highlights reel..!
-
Fa’alui nearly got penalised for a good tackle.

Unless he gets it right as the Reds 8 Caleb Timu can attest.
-
What the fucking fuck. How the fuck could the ref have awarded that.
-
Does Marty Mckenzie think he’s playing touch out there? Multiple miss tackles and penalty kick didn’t find the sideline
-
Glad they showed the try before the conversation, almost like the chiefs have switched off

By the time he got there, he could see it pushed against the post. I'd award it too.
I'm guessing the director in the truck isn't on the Reds' xmas card list after showing that "highlight".
-
Chiefs hit 31, knew job was done, and clocked off. Combine that with the Reds being atrocious and you get this 2nd half.
-
Yuck. Chiefs have been rather average in the second half. They need to regain the bonus point, we may need it down the track in the NZ conference.
-
@mokey yes a win in Brisbane is an achievement, but they will be disappointed not to get the BP after the start.

Spoke to soon.
-
LOL. Chiefs get a bonus point try, 4 1/2 mins into overtime.

Chiefs 36 - 12 Reds
