Qld name pretty much the same side
Young Ponga gets Morgan's bench spot. Slater named, but must be seriously in doubt. Tim Glasby in as injury cover for Napa.
If they don't change the way they attack, then it won't matter anyway.
Why are they playing this game on a Sundee?
Because on Saturday there is a game on already with a kiwi called Bundee

how the fuck am i supposed to know?
Well you do live there and you started a thread on it
He's got you there M4L.
It's the representative round so no NRL games set for this weekend.

hey, i didn't even know it was a sunday game until you mentioned it. The biggest part of origin is the way it opens up a midweek session. Having it on a Sunday seems a waste. Plus I'll start drinking too early.

Nothing you're whinging about is remotely problematic if you plan ahead.

sorry, you misunderstand. It's not a problem so much, as the loss of a mid-week session. and i would drink on sunday anyway

Blues have snuck back into the game. Billy making a big difference. Fuck me Ado has got gas.
-
-
FUCK!!
Well done NSW. Two even games, you won the crucial moments. Tonight i couldn't tell you a Blue who was excellent except Maloney. And yet you won. Wait, Latrell Mitchell was good too.
For Qld Ponga was unreal. But the reason they lost, despite being the better team, was Ben Hunt had one of the worst Origin games in history. Fuck mate, are you on the take? Now i know how Bronco supporters felt on GF day a couple of years back. Fuck you Ben Hunt. And fuck you Will Chambers.
-
The Hunt kick on the 3rd that went dead, not only was it poorly executed but was a terrible decision. Qld had momentum and a man up.
Chambers has had brain explosions throughout his entire league and rugby careers. No surprise again last night.
-
Billy was on fire in the first half, but things went to shambles with Qld play making in the second. Still looked dangerous and the effort was there, but it was a bit aimless and inaccurate. Not that I'm complaining!!
Good to wrap up the series, nice work Freddie!!

That was the game, right there. That kick. Fucking hell.

Not only did we get an Orriiijin Penalty Try (TM), but we also got to hear Phil Gould setting a record for how many times you can demand "That has to be a penalty try!" in 30 seconds.
Four year olds demanding ice cream could take lessons from that performance.

There was a penalty try? What for? It must have been for the most blatant act ever for Origin to have a penalty try - I am disbelief.
So NSW won? Fittler stepped into the coaching role at the right time (with the big hitters from QLD all stepping down), poor Laurie Daley should have coached one more season - he might have finished with a 50% winning record and two series wins.

he doesn't even try to hide it any more. Just another rabid, one-eyed Origin supporter. Only with a mic. Fuck head.
As soon as the TMO decided Cordner was on side, it had to be a PT.
It's probably my own bias shining through, but NSW has won the series based on not much more than some great scramble defense, taking their limited opportunities, and Qld kicking the ball dead at crucial times, early in the count, on 4 separate fucking occassions. Seriously, fuck Hunt. And fuck Chambers.
