@Siam Your ISP has probably blocked it. You can either use a VPN to get around that (highly recommend with the way things are starting to go) or on a PC change your dns to 1.1.1.1

Different operating systems have different steps to do this, you may need an app to do it on an android phone not sure if you can do that natively without some serious fiddling.
