I exercise with free weights and like to change up my routine every 3-4 months. Occasionally I'll experiment with exercise machines, but I seldom use them as I want to do compound movements rather than isolation movements. Nevertheless, for the past couple years, I've been kinda intrigued by the Nautilus Gravitron machine, but never actually used it.<br />
I'm curious if anybody here has used one of these machines, and what their opinions of them are. I'm looking at working my chest and triceps hard, and wondering if it gets good results.

no opinion on that, sorry, but I do recommend doing parallel bar dips for your chest, triceps, shoulders. I do them trying to keep upright position to work the chest more. 15-20 each set, 3-5 sets, twice a week. That's all, GL.
