That's actually a pretty common phrase around the bodybuilding sites. Its one of those phrases someone said once and it kinda found its way everywhere. Think it started back in 2011 on www.bodybuilding.com

A bit like the response of "Awesome pics. Great size. Look thick. Solid. Tight. Keep us all posted on your continued progress with any new progress pics or vid clips. Show us what you got man. Wanna see how freakin' huge, solid, thick and tight you can get. Thanks for the motivation." but a bit more OTT

Roid queens asking "u jelly brah?"*

Partly why I'm going lean rather than large. And doing karate - so many interesting ways to hurt someone while making them look stupid. I wish I'd started it during my rugby playing years.

                  • I'm lead to believe this is an enquiry as to whether one is jealous

That was a mighty impressive lift. I am continually amazed at what the human body can do - isn't there some urban myth that are brains/nervous systems stop us from using full power?? like to protect ourselves or something?? But then you hear the stories of people doing amazing stuff fueled by adrenalin. If that 'safety switch' exists I think someone forgot to tell Kahui's shoulder!!

A mate of my trains at Power House gym in Wellington. So I check out their vids when they have a meet. Fark me, those lads (and girls) shift some tin. https://www.facebook.com/PowerHouseGymNZ?fref=ts - then you go and trawl youtube and see what the elite people are doing. Gulp!

Back in the old Media days I tried to sign up Powerhouse and yeah those dudes go pretty hard out. Without googling what is the record for a one RM of Deadlifts ? Brians effort is about double my best but surely someones done more ? I remember reading that wrestlers used to say that if Andre the Giant actually "did weights" he would smash all records known to man in DL and squat.......

Funny you mention that "safety switch" cos I'm researching real old school type training and am a huge fan of this guy and his amazing feats. I think his safety switch was faulty from the start.....

Some of those Stan Lee Superhumans clips are awesome value. The Samurai dude is great - its not like he really has 0.4s to react. He's going to pull the sword while the guy is pitching, but he nailed that fucking baseball and I wouldn't try him.
