Yeah I think Hooper shades it for me, much as I dislike the ugly fucker. Curry is close IMO and I know that may raise a few eyebrows, but he was very important for both England and the Lions. It might have helped his case a bit more if Eddie had consistently picked him at 7.

Hooper was back to his best this year and was outstanding in each of his appearances. Consistently led from the front. A true leader. -
I would have to say Hooper, consistently bloody good all year. The best example of the 'energiser bunny' in test rugby this year. Didn't put in a poor perfromance that I saw.
