What do people take?
I have a mens multi, fish oil with Vit D and then magnesium before I go to bed.
Have to say, the magnesium is the one I really feel the benefit from, in terms of muscle relaxing and better sleep, Mrs TR uses a magnesium spray on her feet too, which used to ache sometimes (her job she is always on her feet) doesnt get any aches and helps her sleep too.
Had someone suggest celtic salt https://www.celticsalt.co.nz/ recently, will see how that goes
Oh, also have a micellar casein Protein powder.

Protein powder and electrolyte tablets. Took turmeric and magnesium a couple of years back which didn't seem to make much if any difference.

Protein bars or shakes every now and again, nothing more than that

Protein shakes, multi vit, heaps of Vit C and D. Oh and stim....heaps of stim.

Used to take them all
Now take nothing
No appreciable difference. My wallet is heavier.

@taniwharugby ZMA has always been one I've noticed a big impact from too, used to take it before bed after leg day and sleep like a log! Then wake up with no soreness.
Don't really take anything these days as don't feel like I do anything to need to supplement...
