I never thought I'd see myself typing that.
If you had 6 weeks with a different coach, the numbers would be different. Our players are consistently playing below their potential...a clear sign of poor coaching.

@BartMan I think this will be a bit worse than 98. Hart turned out to be a mad scientist in the end, but his teams at least played with a bit of heart. First half tonight was as poor from the ABs as I can remember in 35 years of watching them.

Retalick looks a shadow of his former self. Sam C done his dash, Ardennes the C and the 7.
Backs will come.right once forwards go forward. It's a simple game, if forwards don't dominate, you're fecked. We've proved that. -
@booboo Yep, it does make sense. But the same applies to the backs. Their defensive alignment and communication and teamwork have been far superior to ours. So has their kicking and chasing. None of them can run like Jordan, Ioane or Reece, or even Barrett or Mo'unga - but as a unit they still outplayed us pretty comprehensively.

I think this thread is a bit of a waste of time because Farrell >>>> Foster.
Switch coaches and we’d see more ABs and fewer Irish.
