Rieko Ioane has been very good but he stills have some flaws. So I will vote for Am, who hasn't. Fickou not far behind those two.

Fickou is the glue in the midfield of a very good French side. Am I think has the greater skill set but has been injured. Ioane a very skilful athletic player but being shoe-horned into an inconsistent NZ side. Should be on the wing, though I could be proved wrong there in the future. Not this year though.
