Lots of cool fitness channels on youtube, it is a real goldmine for new ideas and offers so much variety to fitness. Wild Moose posts videos which a between 16 minutes and 5 minutes. Lots of Hitt, Tabbata and Abdominal training as well as various challenges and home fitness workouts with either no equipment or dumbells. He is from Belarus and doesn't speak English so you have to read subtitles. His free content is pretty good.
