You can get kits with varying amounts of time to get it done etc. Anyone had any experience with them? -

I'm not too sure, just seems to be a $50 kit that contains heaps of pills. Will be having a closer look when I'm in the shop next. -
Colon Blow (or its less-amusingly named counterparts) generally come in powder form. To be honest, I'm thinking about giving myself a good dose one weekend when I've got nothing better on, just to lose a couple of kilos in the space of a few hours <img src='http://www.daimenhutchison.com/invision/public/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/smile.png' class='bbc_emoticon' alt=':rolleyes:' />

Cleans you right out Milk old son. Its best if you don't eat too much in the 24 hours leading up to it. I did it once for a colonoscopy. Was not fun, but I got my appetite back quick smart once I lost that stinging feeling in the nether regions.<br />

It comes in flavours, you mix it up into 3 litres of water - and mix it bloody well - then throw it down inside two hours. I made the mistake of getting the lemon-lime flavour, and I've never been able to look at Powerade the same way since :shifty: -
I did the pill detox for a while. Started it at least. Pills were disgusting and it, obviously, gave me the shits.<br />

I remember on one the the radio stations here they got one of the D.J's to do a detox like the on you guys are talking about,nothing beats hearing a guy on the radio crapping themselves over and over in the toilet <img src='http://www.daimenhutchison.com/invision/public/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/wink.png' class='bbc_emoticon' alt=':)' />
