Clark was all sorts of awesome with some of the dimes she dropped in that game.

Reece with the back push, then flop from (and tough girl) reaction to Clark's take foul was hilarious. Jelly as.

Can't believe Clark got a flagrant for that. The refs were watching a different game

    Back up and running

Caitlin Clark with a triple double in the opener

With Paige Bueckers, Angel Reece, and Clark among others, the league has personalities that can take them into a golden era

What's that off the back of? Is he absolutely killing it in....fuck does anyone even know where he is?

He’s in the same team as Mo’unga in Japan. Both making shit look piss easy over there from what I’ve seen.

He recently scored five tries across two games.

We let Beaudy straight back in last year after playing for an also-ran Japan team.

And he wasn't great. When you say "we" I guess you mean "Razor"

    Terminator Salvation

This to me sits a very comfortable third in the list of Terminator flicks ( first two being the best obviously ) and well above any of the others.

Post apocalyptic setting, some awesome action scenes, Christian Bale very cool, even Sam Worthington goes ok too.......no convoluted time travel nonsense.

I loved the massive one that had motorbikes come out of it's feet.

Not sure why it got panned by the critics ?

4 half human hybrids out of 5 early T800 models

I didn't mind that one either

Dally M Medal wrap: Warriors whiz surges to the top

Another command performance from Luke Metcalf has carried the Warriors playmaker to the top of the Dally M Medal standings after Round 11 of the Telstra Premiership.

Definitely not me, I wouldn't have had him starting this year, and especially not at 7.

But, what do I know, I also thought Webby wouldn't dump his small man bench and he has done to great success (even if it was enforced by injury and player movement ....)

Metcalf has shown a Chad Townsend like turnaround, thankfully he did while at the Warriors and not when he left.

I too must humbly eat my words.

Now if he could improve his goal kicking.......

@kidcalder and I would put Taufa Funaki, in the mix, his return has seen a different dimension in the Blues.

plays for the wrong club. No chance.

Unfortunately correct, the HBs will be locked in as:
Roigard - incumbent and will start
Ratima - bench and pushing Roigard hard for a start
    Hotham - Crusaders Project Player

Halfback is a comparatively strong position right now. Whilst none of them are Nuggy, and some aren't in career best form, they're all (except Christie) playing well.

Funaki as mentioned previously has transformed the Blues into looking like a finals contender again.

I like Hotham's play - he's got a good pass on him and everything else he does is above average in execution.

Even Fakatava is playing with more maturity and taking better options, in a team without a plethora of talent in the backline. Probably the best sniper in NZ.

Roigard is playing like a shadow of his former self pre-injury. Hopefully he'll get better with more minutes under his belt. The better players play themselves into form as the season progresses anyway.

Roigard isn’t playing like last year but he’s still playing well. He was pivotal in that win against the Brumbies and was good in the win against the Chiefs. Here’s hoping he gets a spring in his step after the bye / this week against the Landers.

He doesn't need to peak now. Cam seems to be building slowly

Christie, Preston and Hastie looking good so I don't see 9 as the weakness I thought it would be after Smith departed.

In what world is Christie looking good?

He's been rightfully passed by Funaki now that Funaki is fit finally.

In Fozzieworld he's still good. Still shake my head that Roigard could have been RWC23s Nehe Milne Skudder (new kid who tears it up) and he went for the ginger instead

Tedesco, Kiraz, Olakau'atu, Papi, Turbo and W,Egan, Hynes will all likely miss which is impressive.
Capewell may end up having to be in the Qld squad purely for experience due to form and injuries this year. I assume Ponga has to play fullback just to allow Hammer to play centre. Will be interesting selections incoming. I am going to assume Lindsay Collins (who only comes back this week) and Horse will be the starting front row. Nanai, Cotter pick themselves, Gilbert better as a middle but poor as an edge.. Not sure if Plath will be fit to back up Grant. A few old timers could be rolled out

And yet Queensland always find a way to be competitive. It would be typical of them to go on and win the series

IMHO Dallas ownership don't deserve that kind of luck. It's not like they got scammed, they ran they superstar out of town and badmouthed him as he left. They should be cursed

It was rigged lol let's not play dumb here.

Maybe in the old days. Not so sure now. There's too much at stake, don't they get one of the major auditing firms to oversee the lottery? A quick Google check says Ernst and Young oversee it

If they want to be transparent they would show the actual draft lottery - not just release the results

2008: Derrick Rose going to his home town Chicago when the Bulls had a 1.7% chance

2011: The Cavaliers getting the #1 pick after LeBron James left the summer prior

2012: The Pelicans getting the #1 pick after Chris Paul leaves

2019: The Pelicans getting the #1 pick after Anthony Davis demands a trade

2025: The Dallas Mavericks getting the #1 pick after trading Luka Doncic at the trade deadline with a 1.8% chance

    It's rigged as all hell

I would be all for televising the lottery. Just like a lotto show, it would make great telly as the respective teams find out their fate in real time
