yeah, where you calorioe intake and body needs co-incide, I would guess so! 'They' reckon though it takes 6 months for your body to get used to any weight that it is at. You're body gets used to what it is, and wants to be that weight - so you nee to keep at it to keep to your weight before it becomes natural! I think my body has settled at around the 90 mark - was 89.1 at check in on Monday, and it's taking no effort to keep here any more. SO maybe add a few more calories and see what happens withough going too wild...??

yeah I'll probably keep going to ~90kg, but will increase my calories a little over the next week or so. Even though I was 103kg, most people didnt realise I was that big, so not alot of people have noticed much of a difference, not that that was a motivator, but then I am feeling so much better in myself, in particular with fitness and energy level.<br />

I dont often feel hungry at present with my current intake, but there are some days I do!<br />
<br />
So am the lightest I have been since late (Dec) 1999, which is pretty cool! -
bit of a bad day, food wise, a leaving lunch for one of my team in Auckland (no healthy options) and then one for someone leaving from my office in Whangarei, including beer...no worklout, will need to go extra hard tomorrow!!!

I am quite amazed at how this year seems to be the year that so many folk are getting in shape. I mean early January everyone says that sort of shit but come february the're back in the old habits.....in terms of keeping things going quite a few at my work are, the friday beers are basically one MAYBE two for me now as opposed to 6-7. Quite a few people have joined or rejoined gyms. My wife is getting in on the action too, shes going to the gym four times a week, putting me to shame !

Mowed lawns, dug out a couple of holes (in 25+ heat) and then did a workout, shoulders, arms, legs and a bit of bag work, dont know that I have ever sweated so much in my life!! Chugging back the water of course!! -
another hard day out in the heat on Sunday mixing concrete...finished the day with a chest/back workout.<br />

Rest day yesterday.<br />

Wife went out so planned run not happening, so did an hour cardio on the bag and some crossfit type exercises with the medicine ball, got the heart rate up and the sweat flowing!<br />

Last weigh in was 94kg, so now at 9kg lost, nearing the point where I think I'll stop losing and start trying to shape better <img src='http://www.daimenhutchison.com/rugby/public/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/smile.png' class='bbc_emoticon' alt=':)' /><br />

Had a work thing on Friday and they showed some pictures and video of our Xmas party in December, and the difference in my face was obvious! -

had one of those really sucky days today; golf, sunshine, beer and food all day!!<br />

I did quite well, decided to drive so I wouldnt go silly on the beer, so feeling fine (was a day off today anyway)<br />

Havent been for a run for 2 weeks so will get out tomorrow afternoon me thinks, body feels like it needs a real aerobic blow out! -
almost killed myself running up one of the tracks to the summit of Parahaki/Parihaka, the run down was so much easier, if not too easy!<br />

Think it will be a regular thing, is a track me and 2 mates used to run when we were playing rugby, and it was alot easier back then.... -
just fashioned myself up a bit of a crude dip station in the garage! Been thinking about some other exercises to do and this was one!!<br />

Feeling pretty good despite my hard run yesterday so will still do a bit of legs in todays workout.<br />

Havent lost any weight since Monday, but I have upped my intake a bit (havent gained either) so sitting at 94kg, I think I'd like to lose another kg or so, which will enable me to keep under 95 alot easier. -
on Sunday did a good workout, BBThrusters was a part of it. Awesome, legs and shoulder still feeling it today, arms and ab in that workout too.<br />

Feeling bloody good after a pretty hardout weekend where I pushed myself pretty hard with my run on sat and the BBThrusters on Sunday!! -
since I've upped my calorie intake a bit, my weight has stabalised at ~94-94.3kg, I'd probably like to lose another kg, but am happy where I am for now, just need to work on shaping my muscles.<br />

With my measurements, arms, legs, chest all seem to be pretty much the same as when I started back in beginning of JAn, but lost 6.5cm form around the middle, which is the worst area so thats good news, I expect the others are just firmer... -

first set took a shade under 8 minutes to complete (although there was no rushing between exercises) didnt bother timing the next 2, will need to vary it a little as there was a bit too much shoulder work in there, although this will likely be a once a week kind of workout given is short and sharp but damn hard work!! -
went for my run today, felt a bit of a tweak in one of my calves yesterday while thorwing my son around at the pools (in a nice way) so decided again running up Parahaki again as it is straight up hill with loads of steps, so did a more gentle but longer run; 6.5km, felt pretty damn good TBH

Yep short and sharp are much more my cup of tea. You hear about people who spend "hours in the gym" but going hard out for 15-20 minutes is way more beneficical than fucking round between sets if you ask me. ( although in saying that good rests between lifting heavy are obviously hugely important ) maybe I am totally contradicting myself.......<br />
