have not weighed in since the under 100kg incident - to scary...<br />

The house of plain going to enter a team - where are the champs? I would be keen I think to get into it if you can raise one - a team that is!!<br />

Wooohooo. New PB - by a grand 6m. 8334 for 30 minutes. Was cruising for 23 minutes, then hit a really big wall, and was going to stop, but carried on pulling, and with two minutes to go, stepped the rat back up, and slid in 6 metres ahead of past best.<br />

Fuelled by KFCÂ chicken wrap thing.<br />

Think I need to get some longer rows in - longer than the 30 minutes,so the wall moves back a few minutes....<br />
