Unfortunately for all concerned no. Early observations indicate the poor girl will look like her old man. All babies look like bulldogs that have had a hard life chasing buses to me though. -
For three long weeks now I have been been eating Subway and Sushi instead of KFC and BK. That must be some form of progress surely. Our recycling bin is full of pump botles and Im having to get up of a piss at least twice a night. Still Im heading in the right direction.

You were eating fast food every night? -
Nah there is no KFC or BK where we live... thank goodness. When I am on the road for business (Im often away 2-4 weeks per trip), I do tuck in though. The real test will be my next three week trip which starts on Sunday. Will be a real test of willpower!Â

No my big fault is having too much of everything too often. Have had KFC for breakfast a few times though. Seem to recall waiting outside the Timaru KFC for over 30 minutes until they opened up for the day. -

Sunday.

BFL Day 21.

Big Keiths Gym.

LB Weights. Session. Squats, Deadlifts, Calves, Abs.

Awesome session today.

I think the quality eating is now kicking in. Every session this week was intense. And everytime I have been in the gym this week I have lifted more weight or been able to run faster than the matching session before it.

There is something bloody good about this Body for Life is you stick to the programme exactly. I would recommend it to anyone.
Im back from the grave, alive and well.

Have been travelling around the country running a tour since the 19th of March and havent had the time to keep you all posted. More importantly I have started Week 7 of Body For Life. Now officially past the half way stage. Just weighed myself today and here are the results.

Week One: Bodyweight 107.6 kgs. (Day 1)

Week Seven. Bodyweight: 101kgs. (Day 44)

Feel fantastic. More energy, greater strength and endurance. Cant weight to hoe into the next 6 weeks. Want to lose a further 4 kgs and get down to 97 and resume my rugby as a fit hooke rather than a slow tighthead. When I consider this time last year I weighed 122kgs Im doing awesome. Down to just the one chin now so I have shaved off my bikers beard also.

Despite being on tour, I have still managed to train everyday. Have eaten alot of Subway, Protein Shakes and Bars plus low fat Cottage Cheese and Yoghurt.

On a downside I have not entred TSF tip[ping comp for the last two weeks but then again shit happens. -
Mate 21 kg's in 12 months that's an amazing effort!!!
