Fatbusters: stoberon



  • Am pretty active anyway.  Dont seem to drop weight too easily.  Unless in India.

    Height: 6ft
    Desired height:
    Current weight: 95kg
    Desired weight: 87-90kg

    [u]Weekly[/u]
    Swim 1km/30mins twice a week.
    Run 7km/500kcal/45mins twice a week.
    3 Gym sessions:
    1 Arms/shoulders/Chest
    1 Squats/Isometric(Core)/Back
    1 Stretching and Core.

    What can you fullas give me to not carbo load all the time.  I eat spuds/pasta/rice too often - have been getting on top of couscous (flavoured stuff is wicked) but I dunno if thats just more carbs or not.  I dont want to cut them out - just have a substitute to cut them down.



  • Diet Mon-Fri.

    Brekkie:
    1 big bowl Fruit & Fibre with berries.

    Lunch:
    2 Ham/Chicken, cheese, tomato, lettuce sambos.

    [i]Gym Session[/i]

    3pm:
    Banana, apple, yoghurt

    Dinner:
    Huge plate of whatever.  Still fairly healthy tho.

    First of all I'll overlook the "fullas" comment. As for a substitue try a variety of beans? Aduki,soyabeans,lentils,pinto etc.I like them.Go to Holland and Barret or your local market.Learn to combine you're food too (i'll do a topic on it if anyone else is interested).After all,your digestive system has to be in tip top condition for successful weight loss and if you're consuming foods that don't digest well together you wont lose weight.Very simple.
