Im back from the grave, alive and well.

Have been travelling around the country running a tour since the 19th of March and havent had the time to keep you all posted. More importantly I have started Week 7 of Body For Life. Now officially past the half way stage. Just weighed myself today and here are the results.

Week One: Bodyweight 107.6 kgs. (Day 1)

Week Seven. Bodyweight: 101kgs. (Day 44)

Feel fantastic. More energy, greater strength and endurance. Cant weight to hoe into the next 6 weeks. Want to lose a further 4 kgs and get down to 97 and resume my rugby as a fit hooke rather than a slow tighthead. When I consider this time last year I weighed 122kgs Im doing awesome. Down to just the one chin now so I have shaved off my bikers beard also.

Despite being on tour, I have still managed to train everyday. Have eaten alot of Subway, Protein Shakes and Bars plus low fat Cottage Cheese and Yoghurt.

On a downside I have not entred TSF tip[ping comp for the last two weeks but then again shit happens.

    Just racked up another session.

Tuesday. Robbos House of Pain.

9am. Aerobic session on treadmill.

Sweat and spit flying everywhere. Loving it.

Goal is to lose another 5 kgs in the next 5 weeks which would mean I have dropped 11-12 in 12 weeks.

great work RB....you're going about things the right way by the looks of it: realistic goal-setting is crucial to keeping your focus and motivation. <img src='http://www.daimenhutchison.com/invision/public/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/smile.png' class='bbc_emoticon' alt='' /> Nice one.

Cheers mate. The birth of my daughter is a further development in my plan to increase the world population of blue eyed Tongans. The wifes grandparents always ask how their white grandkids are doing! We are going to have to present a raft of paperwork to get my two kids pacific island scholorships when they get to uni!

well you scout around, and let me know what it is like... Mine at 103 a couple of weeks back, and falling. Although my eating has not been as good as it should be the last couple of weeks, so probably still much the same!

misased a good game snapper - and it was pain for Whanga - 17-18, after scoring a converted try to make it 17-15, then a farked up penalty to lose the match, all in the last 5 minutes. The standard of reffing in Thames Valley is shite at the moment, unbelievably so! For both sides, no excuses there!
