I like to think rowing for 1 hour and 20 minutes and a 40 minute weights session today will have burned those carbs off... <img src='http://www.daimenhutchison.com/invision/public/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/wink.png' class='bbc_emoticon' alt=':)' />

You dont need to justify your binge eating to me mate. I would be the last person to criticise anyone who feels the need for a little treat to help get them through the day.

lol, yeah, might have a binge today too.

My reasoning is I exercise so I can eat what I want - just smaller portions than what I used to eat many moons ago - wopuold have been a bar of dairy millk in years gone by insetead of a peanut slab. Portion size is king - deny yourself nothing but quantity I say!!

I like the 80/20 principle. As long as you are eating good stuff 80% of the time!

The good news is that I can stop recording every morsel of food I have been scoffing for the last week. Now a nutritionst has received this info and is sending me out an Eating Plan to follow. Thank goodness, I have been getting sick and tired of entering all this data. Makes me thank my lucky stars I dont have to sit in front of a computer all day to earn a crust.
