115kgs this morning at weigh in. Not sure how I got down that low as its been hard to exercise with all the rain here. I guess I have the eating under control now.

110kgs is my target, might be there by Spring!

Weighed in again this morning for first time in alsmost a month. Weight was still 115kgs so I am stoked.

My exercise routine has fallen to pieces (due to work) and have been eating what ever has been put in front of me.

Work has settled down now so back on the straight and narrow.

Unless you are the Prime Minister (and even then) food is a hell of a lot more important than work. You need to tell yourself this, if necessary before or just after every hamburger  Seriously, screw work. Finding food you like to eat, and that is good for you, is far more important. Work, smerk. If they sack you because you were spending too much time putting something healthy together in the staff kitchen find another job. You can't however find another body.
Good, but see above  The weather's heaps better now for Fatbusting; MvJ shared your frustration a few weeks ago. It's great news you're still the same weight despite the diet "blips". Knock them dead and keep us informed.

Thanks for the words of "enouragement" MVJ.

Weight has snuck up to 116kgs (+1kg). I think this is a good result I think I am putting some muscle back on that I lost whilst sitting on my arse.

The weight has snuck up another kilo this morning to 117kgs. This is despite the exercise being pretty good over the last week. I guess the eating musn't be as good as I think and so I am going to be strict on the food/grog this week.
Weigh in today and the scales stopped at 115kgs (-2kgs change). I have exercised hard this week and been very frugal on the food front, other than Sunday when I went got stuck into some cheese. Interesting that my weight can fluctuate so much in one week.

The wife has joined me boots and all this week (to help lose the post birth flab) and she is down 1kg as well.

Back up to 116kgs after a bad week (work lunches & dinners plus a weekend away on the juice).

The wife lost another kg though so she is happy.

Yeah I've been off the exercise for a couple of weeks, and wasn't weighing myself as a result. The other night I get on the scales and get 116kg, so I feel like shit. Get on the next morning after the first slash of the day - when I usually weigh myself - and was 113kg.

Do it once a week.

    TYhanks for the responses chaps.

Geez NTA thats one hell of a piss - a 3kg slash is probably about 3 litres of fluid!

Yeah I realise the weight can tick up and down during the day / week so I try and weigh myself each Tuesday morning for that reason. Nevertheless its been almost 2 months since I had clear weight loss, been edging up and down for the last 8 weeks so I have definitely plateau'd.

Its probably not surprising given I have probably lost all the "easy weight" now and will have to work harder to take it to the next level. Time for some more energetic exercise routines.

my best weight loss in the morning is a 700g dump. Weighed myself, then sat on the lav, as you do, then thought - ahhhhh, I'll weight mysel again. Easy weight loss...

115kgs this week and no loss for the wife. We went a bit overboard on the food on the weekend so the results are no surprise.

Been awhile between posts. I weighed in at 114kgs this morning. I have been exercising heavily since last report but have also let the eting and rinking go a bit. Still am much fitter & stronger now that I am exercising more.

I even managed to finished the Sydney to Wollongong ride on the weekend for the first time, riding into a howling southerly to!

    Hello again.

Am back after my xmas hols. Actually I have been too ashamed to post but Fatbusters has been lurking in my mind even though I have been quiet.

The weight got a little away from me over the break. The scales stopped at 119kgs soon after xmas due to obvious reasons.

Am starting to take the fitness and eating mroe seriously again now and am back down to 117kgs. My aim is to be at 110kgs by the end of the Super 14.Â

I achieved a 0.5kilo in my first week. Only problem was that it was a weight gain rather than loss.

I did go a bit silly over the weekend on the food front, especiallyt on Sunday at the cricket. Its damm hard to sit there all day surrounded by pies, hot dogs and beers without being tempted by the dark side.

Nevertheless, am refocussed and back in the healthy paddock.

Still at 117.5kgs after two weeks.

I have been very slack on the FB front due to illness, busy at work and trying to buy a house. I am still planning on reporting some good news here soon!

Weight still the same, despite eating and drinking better. I think its good news though as I am getting fitter and building strength again so I am moving forward while treading water at the same time.

Don't worry Bartman, the fun police are keeping a close eye on my discretionary activities so there is little risk of them occurring too frequently.
